The Redariam are a race of Weak, but Skilled people with grey, marshmallowy skin and black eyes. They are the most intellectually-gifted race on the planet, meaning that all the technology currently on the planet can be attributed to them in some way.
In General
- Bizarre Alien Biology: They're naturally frail of body. They stand about five feet in height — shorter than humans, but taller than dwarves. Their skin is grey (or sometimes salmon or pale blue) and wrinkly, and their eyes are large black dots.
- Black Eyes of Evil: Averted. Their eyes are just pools of black, but they're pretty benevolent... usually.
- The Greys: Naturally.
- Sufficiently Advanced Aliens: They embody this trope in all ways but one: they're not actually aliens. They lived on their own island until Jani and his team found them out. They've been part of Herezarian society ever since.
- Super-Intelligence: The Redariam's hat.
- Technology Uplift: After the events of The First Dwarf King, they started giving their technology to people all across Herezar. The resulting great leap forward has brought the continent to Technology Levels roughly analagous to the real-world twenty-first century.
- Weak, but Skilled: They lack any real musculature. They more than make up for that by having advanced technology and incredible intelligence.
