Naomi Hyland/Carla Reddington
A woman who was kidnapped by mercenaries hired by Berlin courtesy of Lord Baltimore, she was living a normal life married to Frank Hyland with their only daughter, Jessica.

Frank Hyland
Naomi's "legitimate" husband after being given a new life.

Liz's Family
Sam Scott
The adoptive father of Elizabeth Keen.
- The Atoner: According to him, he must make up for some mistake he committed by telling the truth. What mistake is still unknown. Unfortunately for him, Reddington disagrees.
- Character Death: Reddington gives him a Mercy Kill combined with He Knows Too Much.
- Cool Old Guy: Seems to have been a pretty decent dad to Liz. He's implied to have trained her as a Con Artist and a thief, but this might just
make him cooler. - Deadpan Snarker: Constantly uses sarcasm to ease the tension with his daughter.
- He Knows Too Much: Red kills him to prevent him from telling Keen the truth. According to Reddington, her knowing the true identity of her biological father would put her life in danger.
Dominic "Dom" Wilkinson
Supposedly Liz's grandfather who had to live in a cabin to live the rest of his life. Turns out that he's an ex-KGB agent who left the agency and took an American identity to protect Katarina from being hunted. He passes away from health complications in the eight season.
- Cool Old Guy: Despite his nastiness with Red and all, Dom's a nice guy and all he really wanted was for Katarina and Liz to live an ordinary life.
Agnes Keen
The daughter of Tom and Liz. After they both die, Red and Harold take it on themselves to make sure she's safe and looked after.
- Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome: Subtle, but in effect. Agnes is born in season 3. In season 9, which includes a two-year jump from season 8 to 9, she's canonically 11 years old. She should only be 8.
Others
Zoe D'Antonio
Milos Kirchoff's biological daughter. Thought dead by Berlin, she is tracked down by Reddington to clear up the misunderstanding that started their war.
- What Happened to the Mouse?: She takes Reddington's offer...and simply disappears from the show.
