* CorruptedCharacterCopy: An [[AntiHero anti-heroic]] take on ''VideoGame/TheKingOfFighters''' Vanessa. Both are redheaded, [[StatuesqueStunner statuesque]], [[BadassInANiceSuit sharp-dressed]] secret agents who balance their careers with being loving mothers at home, and are tasked with investigating criminal organizations responsible for the events of their respective games; even the codename, "Crimson Viper," mirrors Vanessa's official nickname, "Crimson Agent." Unlike Vanessa, a friendly, lighthearted BoxingBattler who opposes NESTS directly, C. Viper, outside of her relationship with [[MoralityPet her daughter, Lauren]], is an acerbic, ruthless CombatPragmatist who serves as TheMole inside S.I.N., and has little qualms about acting on their behalf to maintain her cover. Furthermore, Vanessa is happy to work alongside other fighters and gets along well with many of them (especially Ramón and Seth), whereas C. Viper [[IWorkAlone works alone]] in her mission and is shown to have little in the way of friends, the OddFriendship [[CardCarryingVillain Juri]] claims to have with her in ''6'' being the only [[UnreliableNarrator potential]] exception.

* OddFriendship: Juri claims to have one with her in ''6'', where after the fall of S.I.N, she and Juri worked together to rip off other organizations and rob them of their money, pretending to work against each other while sharing the same goals. However, since this is [[UnreliableNarrator Juri]] saying this, it's unclear whether or not it's true.

* UnreliableNarrator: Implied in ''6'''s World Tour; in bonding with the PlayerCharacter, Juri tells them about many of her past exploits, such as her and C. Viper teaming up take down various organizations for their own financial gain or how she forced Chun-Li into retirement using connections she has at Interpol. Of course, given that she's a malignant {{Troll}} who conversely brushes off her DarkAndTroubledPast as a lie, much of what Juri says should be cast into doubt.

* GoshDangItToHeck: Despite her "rebellious badass" persona, Juri curses like she learned to swear from a Christian youth minister. She gets a lot of mileage out of "freaking" and "crap".[[note]]It's hard to make someone sound authentically tough when you're trying to maintain a "Teen" [[MediaNotes/EntertainmentSoftwareRatingBoard ESRB rating]].[[/note]]

* AlternateCompanyEquivalent: His ''IV'' incarnation is the [[DistaffCounterpart Spear Counterpart]] to [[VideoGame/VirtuaFighter Dural,]] possessing a similar mannequin-like appearance and being a FinalBoss possessing various moves from other fighters in the roster. Seth's GenderBender act in ''V'' reinforces his resemblance to Dural even further.

* For Cammy, Fei Long, T. Hawk, Dee Jay, and Akuma, check the ''Characters/StreetFighterIIUpdatedVersions'' sheet.

* For Dudley, Ibuki, Makoto, Yun, Yang, Hugo, and Elena, check the ''Characters/StreetFighterIII'' sheet.

* VirtuousCharacterCopy: Gouken is definitely a heroic take on Heihachi of ''VideoGame/{{Tekken}}'' fame (aside from already serving as his brother Akuma's GoodCounterpart). Both are old and grizzled Japanese martial arts masters who remain exceptionally strong despite being well past their prime, have raised multiple students/children and are powerful enough to directly combat demonically empowered opponents such as Akuma and Kazuya. Except, Heihachi is a [[EvilOldFolks despicable old bastard]] who horrifically abuses and tries to kill his children and grandchildren for standing in his way to undisputed power, or just having superpowers while he doesn't, in stark contrast to Gouken who found TheHero Ryu in the wild and lovingly raised him as his own son and took Ken under his wing as well. Basically, Gouken is the sweet old man Heihachi could've been if he wasn't such a petty ArrogantKungFuGuy [[ItsAllAboutMe with a head that is stuck up his own butt]].

* EveryoneHasStandards: In the UDON comic, she is taken aback upon seeing Seth's torturous experiments on the fighters she abducted for him. Though she maintains her [[NervesOfSteel professional demeanor]] in Seth's presence, her ShowerOfAngst later on shows how horrified she is by his actions. After her superiors tell her to maintain her cover despite her protests, [[ScrewTheRulesImDoingWhatsRight she breaks cover to liberate the captured fighters]].

* WouldNotShootAGoodGuy: Averted. C. Viper won't hesitate to neutralize the series' traditional heroes when they get in the way of her [[TheMole undercover mission]]. She's willing to kill Cammy just to provoke Ryu into unleashing the [[SuperpoweredEvilSide Satsui no Hado]] in ''The Ties That Bind'', and has a Rival Battle against [[InterpolSpecialAgent Chun-Li]] in ''IV'', with her even griping about Interpol "mucking things up" in the pre-fight cutscene of the latter.
