    Flash Sentry
The main protagonist of the story. Originally Bradley Sengood, he sacrificed his life to save three lives from a terrible accident and was given a second chances at life though reincarnation. Now the avian Flash Sentry, he seeks to become an Adventurer to help those that can't help themselves and be the hero he has always wanted to be.
  • Accidental Pervert:
    • At the end of "Bonding with a Princess, as a Pony", while he and Luna are in the back of the truck together, the truck hits a bump and Luna falls on top of Flash, with her chest landing on his face. Unlike many other situations like this though, Luna doesn't blame Flash and quickly gets off him while apologizing, though Flash still blushes bright red from this and attempts to hide his crotch from her.
    • Later in "Lakeside Adventure, as a Pony", he saves Luna from drowning when she passes out underwater and drags her to the surface. When she regains consciousness she realizes Flash is behind her and has his arms wrapped around her, clutching her in a certain area, making her cry out and push him away from her. Flash blushes in embarrassment and apologizes.
  • Reincarnate in Another World: As Brad, he died to save a pregnant mother and her child from being hit by a runaway car. Afterwards, he accepted Faust's offer to be reborn in Equestria, and regained his memories from his last life after a certain amount of time passes.

    Trixie Lulamoon
A magi that joins Flash's team during the entrance exam. She puts on a show of acting arrogant and boastful to hide the pressure she feels from everything her father expects of her to one day take over the Crescent Moon Guild.
  • Abusive Dad: Her father is emotionally abusive towards her, with nothing she does ever being good enough for him. He talks down to her for every failure and mistake she makes, considering anything less than perfect a failure.

    Soarin Skies
An avian that joins Flash's team during the entrance exam. He dreams of joining the Wonderbolts Guild one day.
  • Master Archer: Soarin's primary weapon is a bow and arrows. His upgraded weapon he receives during the entrance exam allows him to shoot blasts of air from his bow.

    Wallflower Blush
A terran that joins Flash's team during the entrance exam. She often finds herself being practically invisible to everyone else and finds solace in gardening and taking care of nature.
  • Hidden Depths: Though she doesn't have any magic that helps her stand out like her teammates she is the smartest member of her team academically, and she scored the highest out of the four of them in the entrance exam.
  • Power Fist: Her primary weapons are a pair of metal gauntlets. They are later upgraded to become a Morph Weapon, with them turning into other weapons depending on material Wallflower feeds them.
  • Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?: She has a fear of deep water due to a traumatic moment when she fell into a deep river when she was four. She ends up facing her fear in order to save her team and Princess Luna from an Achilles Tentacruel.

    Springer
A jakhowl espirt that Team Relic and Princess Luna encounter on their mission, attacking a town they come across. It is discovered he was abused by his previous partner, and so took his anger out on the village thinking all ponies were selfish and deserved to suffer. After Flash bonds with him, he becomes his new partner.
  • Because You Were Nice to Me: After Flash learns about his past, he sympathizes with him and promises him not all ponies are mean like his previous partner was, who never should have had him in the first place. Because of this, he accepts Flash's offer to become his new partner, with Flash promising to treat him better.
  • Cuteness Proximity: His small form is extremely cute, with him easily winning over Trixie, Wallflower, and even Princess Luna with it when apologizing to them.
  • Innocently Insensitive: Springer pushed Wallflower to the lake so she can fun without realizes she's scared of water.
  • Sleep-Mode Size: He stays in a smaller and cuter form when he isn't fighting in order to save power, with the rest of it locked inside his amulet.
