"You are just pieces on my board, and now I’m going to bring others to amuse myself. I’ve had enough of you."
Luiz was the sadistic and manipulative creator and owner of the Utopias, a collection of universes created by him. Within these realms, he also served as the manager of the local bank. Luiz gathered players and workers from the city and given each one a wallet to participate in the events unfolding within these realms. As the overseer, he observed everything as it happens, occasionally "assisting" the participants.Despite his public image as a calm and well-meaning manager of Utopia's Bank, Luiz possessed a dark and cruel nature. He manipulated the players behind the scenes, propagating chaos and confusion for his own pleasure. When he has got sufficient of them, he unleashed the Hardcore mode, methodically eliminating each individual one by one. Luiz viewed everyone as a pawn in his sick games, and he enjoyed the vile "shows" he created, about every person as a mere piece in his macabre design.
- A Day in the Limelight: His past and most of screentime of Tuguim's finale in Season 2 is dedicated to him
- Arch-Enemy: To the entirety of the Utopias, but mostly to both Uto2!Lggj and Phantom.
- Art Shift: He appears animated in the Lggj's finale of Season 2.
- Big Bad: Luiz is this to the webseries and the whole franchise as well. He is the responsible for the chaos in Utopia, scarring several people for life, and being the most powerful being of the Multiverse.
- Big Good: Subverted. Initially setted up like this, due to being the owner of the bank and portrayed as a greater good that helped the Utopia's citizens with his lives. However, it was a facade.
- Cruel and Unusual Death: Totally deserved. He is split at half with Uto2!Lggj's sword, and his soul got destroyed.
- It's All About Me: Regularly shows great pride of his Utopias, seeing himself as a "God".
- Karmic Death: After God-knows-much time doing his evil games, he gets hit with it. His decision to not kill Uto2!Lggj, ultimately lead to him manage to arrive in his home and not only kills him, but got his soul cutted in half and destroyed. In the end, he cessated of existence alongside with his reign of darkness.
- Nice Mean And In Between: Between the Lggjs variants in the second season, he is the "Mean". He is a manipulative and sadistic individual, that puts a facade of being the greater good of Utopia. He's also responsible for the death of everyone except him and his brother in the Universe 0.
- Non-Action Big Bad: For the most part, with his influence being more indirect at plot until the finale of both seasons. He, mostly, stays at bank being the "Luiz the Banker", while other threats drive the plot.
- Suddenly Voiced: Seemingly just a NPC that needed to players read his messages, starting of the Season 1's finale, he is voiced by Lggj when him reveals his true self and to be a variant of Lggj. From there, he is voiced every single time that he is as his true self.
