Chapter 3 Darkners
Chapter 4 Darkners
The main antagonist of chapter 4. He wishes to restore the faith of the citizens of his world, and plans to do so by capturing the heroes of light, as he believes that one of them is the Angel that will bring freedom to the Faith World.

- Combined Energy Attack: All of his faith magic acts as this, as it draws on the faith of everyone who believes in him.
- Irony: The user of powerful mind control magic easily fell victim to the mundane manipulation techniques employed by the Roaring Knight.
- Mind Control: His main ability, which is especially threatening due to being able to be applied with simple words.
- Sinister Minister: Natch.
Her light world counterpart is an hourglass made from the pieces of stained glass from a broken window.
- Attack Reflector: One of her unique abilities that make her irreplaceable.
- Super-Empowering: Specifically, the ability to amplify the existing abilities of others. The other unique ability that makes her irreplaceable.

Her light world counterpart is the head of Gerson's hammer.
- Angelic Abomination: Inspired by biblically accurate angels.
- Ironic Name: Despite being an angelic creature, her name is taken from the Hewbrew version of Lucifer.
Chapter 5 Darkners
The main antagonist of Chapter 5. Intristically linked to the concepts of Love and Joy, she wishes to go to any lengths to make a person happy... even if it means forcing them to feel it.
Her light world counterpart is a Ferris Wheel.
- Adaptive Ability: The ability of her Colourful Magic, and what makes her so threatening.
- Stock Shōnen Hero: A rare villainous example, although not to the degree of being a Corrupted Character Copy of one: the traits are simply presented as Villainous Virtues.
The secret boss of Chapter 5. Formerly an E-Rank NPC that only existed to tell a bad pun about time, through sheer willpower he managed to ascend to become a transdual being, something that is neither Lightner nor Darkner. Hiding away in the Challenge Tower at the edge of the Colourful World, he lures the heroes into it in order to drain their Pure Light to become a Pseudo Titan, and from there, to steal The Soul in order to become a god.
His light world counterpart was a clock.
- Breakout Villain: Arguably the most popular character from Lambdarune, being the representative of it in crossovers, and is even used as the profile picture of ZET.
- Determinator: Dess notes that he may be as determined as The Roaring Knight.
- Gravity Master: Capable of using the Blue Soul mode.
- Interface Screw: Destroys the Mercy button in his fight, and later the Act button as well.
- Mascot Villain: See Breakout Villain above.
- Silliness Switch: When it's on, he's turned into Cocazio, a Super-Deformed version of himself, which ZET has described as "occazio on cocaine".
- Time Master: His main ability. If he were to ascend to godhood, he would have had the role of God of Hypertime.
- Visionary Villain: Has the ultimate goal of breaking the strings of everyone in the world.

- Psychopomp: Can be assumed due to their nature as the god of death.
