- Masculine Girl, Feminine Boy: Ludovico is the Feminine Boy to Federica's Masculine Girl, emphasized by his whiny and cowardly nature and that the first season's opening shows him wearing an exfoliating mask with cucumber slices over his eyes.
- Pink Girl, Blue Boy: Ludovico's attires are various tints and tones of blue, contrasting with Federica's use of pink.
- Mistaken for Gay: In "Ludovico Gay", he stumbles upon a gay rights march while on his way to Federica's birthday party.

- Cheating with the Milkman: Federica is implied to have frequently cheated on Ludovico with the Milkman, the opening of the third season highlights it for laughs.
- Masculine Girl, Feminine Boy: Harsh, violent, and controlling, she is the Masculine Girl to Ludovico's Feminine Boy, with the first season's opening showing her applying shaving cream to her face and then shaving.
- Pink Girl, Blue Boy: Federica's attires are various tints and tones of pink, contrasting with Ludovico's use of blue.
- Pink Is Erotic: She wears pink and routinely cheats on Ludovico with the Milkman or the Butcher behind his back on top of lusting after hunky men, the latter on which Ludovico calls her out.
- Ms. Red Ink: Federica is addicted to shopping, for which she even tries to manipulate Ludovico into giving her money for her frivolities.

- Butt-Monkey: Even more so than her dad Ludovico. She is always singled out by her family (and the whole town) due to her metaphoric speeches and her intelligence.
- Graceful Ladies Like Purple: She wears purple and is the smartest, kindest member of the family.
- Nice Girl: She is the only kindhearted member of the family.
- White Sheep: Of all her family, she is the only one who isn't a jerk and doesn't wear plush clothes.
- Wide-Eyed Idealist: Despite being the only nice member of her family, some of her speeches tend to be sappy.
Ludoviquito

- Enfante Terrible: He is fond of bullying and stealing things.
- Five-Finger Discount: Ludoviquito is known for being very friendly with other's possessions.
- Green and Mean: He wears green and is a bully with a knack for stealing anything that's not bolted down.
Junior
Junior P.Luche Dávalos/El Comandante Alighieri
Played by: Luis Manuel Ávila
- Easy Amnesia: How he came to be. He was an undercover police officer known as "Comandante Alighieri", who lost his memory after being run over by Federica and reduced to the level of a 5-year-old upon waking. Every time he recovers his memory, the couple smacks him in the head to revert him back into "Junior" and keep him from spilling the beans on them.
- Manchild: He is obviously a grown man, acts like he is Ludoviquito's younger brother, but this is because he genuinely thinks he is one. The reason for this is that he was actually an undercover police officer who got run over by Federica, causing him to lose his memory. Then he was adopted into the family to avoid arrest for harming a cop.
- Punny Name: His real identity's name, "Comandante Alighieri," is a reference to the writer Dante Alighieri.
- Vibrant Orange: Most of his outfits are orange and he is quite excitable since he was tricked by the P.Luches into thinking he was their child after Federica ran him over.
Excelsa
Excelsa Loeza Guevara

- Gag Nose: Excelsa's big nose is frequent noted in derisive manner since she is Argentine.note
- Ironic Name: Her name means sublime and is another Spanish word for excellent, but she actually does a piss-poor job at housework as a maid, if she does any at all.
- Lazy Bum: Despite being the maid, she is a lazy slacker.

- Brainy Baby: He is smart and eloquent for a toddler his age.
- Cousin Oliver: He appears in the third season.

- Corrupt Corporate Executive: He doesn't even try to hide it; he's notorious for refusing to give raises nor loans to his employees, working them like slaves.
- Fiction 500: If being addressed as "Don Camerino, Hombre de Negocios y Dueño de Media Ciudad Peluche" isn't any indication, he is also established as the owner of sports team Club América.
