Big Bad Wolf

Big Bad Wolf howls into the air inflicting -20% ATK to all enemies for 20 sec.

Traits:

Feral Stamina

Lore

Wolf wasn't always as she is now. Once upon a time, she was a normal resident of Haven, but she took a trip to the Shadowed Realm and while she was there she suffered an injury. Afterwards, when she returned home, she developed certain 'appetites' that caused her to be cast out of the city and is now forced to roam the wilderness trying to survive.

It was there that she had a fateful encounter with a certain relative of Red Riding Hood...
Wolf doesn't truly wish to be the way she is, but she is trapped by her own nature and so her fate will forever be entangled with Red.

Rarity: ★★★
Class: Guardian
Element: Water

Abilities:

Bash / Active [Lv 1]
Strike the enemy with a powerful swing, dealing 140% DMG and stunning them for 2 sec.

Traits:

Antimagic Plating
Naturally has 25% MRES.

Lore

The Tin Knight doesn't speak much, in fact she barely speaks at all. If you mistake that for aloofness, however, you are misreading this dependable and strong hero entirely.

There is nothing the Tin Knight desires more than to find a heart and be able to express herself. Until that happens, however, she will be your silent, dependable guardian.

  • A Day in the Limelight: In her mini story The Missing Heart.
  • Creepy Monotone: Her voiced lines give off this vibe.
  • Empty Eyes: But only in her artwork. Her chibi sprites have light reflection on her eyes.
  • Emotionless Girl: She cannot display emotions... in theory.
  • Evil Knockoff: The Guardian Knight, one of the many copycats encountered in Chapter 13.
  • Helmets Are Hardly Heroic: Despite wearing full armor, she does not have a helmet. Averted in her Awakening skin.
  • Informed Flaw: Apparently Tin Knight is unable to express emotions, which is not really true, because she is seen displaying different facial expressions, like joy, shyness and sadness. She is even seen blushing!
  • Just the Way You Are: Esme tells her that creating hearts is not part of her abilities, but more importantly, Tin Knight does not need one. The fact that she cares about getting along better with people means she has a heart already. This leaves the knight satisfied.
  • Making a Splash: Her element is water.
  • Shield Bash: Tin Knight does this with her "Bash" skill, which can stun the targeted enemy.
  • Stalker without a Crush: In her story The Missing Heart, Tin Knight intially comes across as this to Esme, because she cannot bring herself to just get closer and talk to her, so she tries to follow Esme without being noticed. She explains to the Dreamer that she wants Esme to make her a new heart.
  • Tin Man: More like, Tin Woman.

Traits:

Under the Sea
Immune to stuns and knockbacks.

Lore

Another individual to have lost her natural home after the seas of Phantasia were all consumed by the Dreamless Nether, the Little Mermaid has been forced to walk on land ever since. She has never lost her love and need for water, however, and will most likely be found around or near secluded ponds or hidden waterways.

Once upon a time, she came onto land in search of love, magically altering her form to give herself the same two legs she saw were possessed by the humans she so admired. The magic extracted its own toll, however: the use of her legs causes her extreme stabbing pain.

The love that she sought was also not to be, but when she returned to the seas, it was to discover them draining slowly into an infinite void.

Now she walks upon land, no longer out of choice but now out of necessity, hoping against hope to find someone with magic strong enough to turn back the hungry tide of encroaching emptiness and restore her oceanic home once more.

    Red Knight

Red Knight

Rarity: ★★★★
Class: Guardian
Element: Fire

Abilities:

Vengeance / Active [Lv 1]
The Red Knight swings her sword with great retribution, dealing 350% DMG to enemies in a lane and removes all of the target’s buffs.
Shattering Blow / Passive [Lv 1]
Every 5 hits, deal 150% DMG to enemies, inflicting them with Physical Weakness (-20% PRES) for 10 sec.

Traits:

AoE Damage
Basic attacks deal DMG in a small area.

Lore

The Red Knight was once the personal bodyguard of the Queen of Hearts and suffered from the same corruption as the rest of the royal court. However, she lost her position due to political infighting and was driven from the queen's service by one of her rivals.

This has proven to be a blessing in disguise as, now she is free from the corrupting influence that held sway over the court, she has just begun to regain herself.

Even so, Red Knight is a dangerous and unpredictable character to have at your side, though her skill with her massive greatsword is undeniable. Sometimes she is exactly what the Dreamer needs.

Lore

Briar Rose was once the Dominion of the Enchanted Realm, but disappeared some time after the Dreamless Nether first appeared.

She was a princess, born of royal parents and named Talia, but as a child, she had a terrible curse placed upon her by a wicked fairy with a powerful grudge. She was cursed to die after pricking her finger on a fell briar - though the severity of the curse was able to be reduced when the other fairies in the kingdom came together to try and lift it.

Instead of dying, Briar Rose would fall into a deep sleep, waiting for the day she would be awoken by her true love. Her kingdom would sleep with her, left to be claimed by nature, tangled in the briars that gave the princess her name, until she awoke to reclaim the position that was rightfully hers.

Nobody knew what had become of Briar Rose after she disappeared, until the Dreamer encountered her on his quest to save Phantasia. She returned with quite a tale to tell...

Lore

Snow White was once a powerful princess in a land now lost to the void beyond the edge of the world. After she fell in love with the wrong person, she was sent by her parents to the Enchanted Realm to keep her out of view of her subjects.

Unfortunately, her own realm fell to the Dreamless Nether not long afterwards and with the Enchanted Realm's own Dominion having disappeared, Snow White became trapped in the forests of the place she had been sent for her own protection and has been there ever since, waiting and hoping for rescue from the Dreamless who plague the Enchanted Realm.

Lore

Once every ten years, when the blood moon rises, the Headless Horseman rides forth. Once a mercenary soldier, he is forever cursed to seek the head he lost on a bloody battlefield long ago. His demonic horse's hooves thunder across Phantasia, riding down any who would stand in his way and he appears virtually unstoppable. And yet, when the long night ends and the blood moon sets, the Horseman retreats once more to whatever hellish realm it was that disgorged him in the first place. But not, however, before taking the head of the strongest opponent he can find and carrying it off with him.

The Headless Horseman is a force of nature – implacable, relentless and irresistible. If, on some dark and stormy night, you should be unfortunate enough to see him riding forth; hide! Quiet your voice, still your breath, stop your very heartbeat lest its telltale thump give you away... and pray that the head he rides for isn't yours!

    Siegfried

Siegfried

Rarity: ★★★★

Every 6 hits, buff all allies DEF by 20% of Siegfried’s base DEF for 10 seconds (Max 1 Stack).

Traits:

Brothers in Arms
All allies on the field gain +10% DEF.

Lore

Siegfried was once the prince of a prosperous kingdom, until he became entangled with the love of two women and the machinations of an evil wizard.

Ultimately, he won through and gained the love of his dream girl, Odette, but his life was changed by the encounter, as was the swan princess herself. While they spent many years together, Siegfried came to realise that his lover had been changed by the magic that was cast on her. While he aged like a normal human, Odette remained the same, no matter how many years passed.

This became the source of much heartbreak to the empathetic prince, who believed he had become a heavy chain around the neck of his beloved. When he died, he had the body of an old man, but Odette looked as young as the day he met her.

It's unclear how he came to be resurrected, but it is certainly the case that the prince walks the world once again and he looks as he once did a great many years ago, before he met with two swans and an ancient wizard. His aim is to find and reunite with his former lover, though what he will make of the events in her life in the intervening years is yet to be seen.

In the unrest that followed the coming of the Dreamless Nether, a war broke out between the two kingdoms which led to Alba’s faction (including Alba herself) being wiped out.

Due to her spirit being so strong, Alba remained in Wonderland long after her passing, her spirit form helping those in need and protecting the weak from their oppressive ruler wherever she could.
