A producer and manager working for Blastin' Fools Records.- You Wanna Get Sued?: He threatens to sue OG Loc for stealing Madd Dogg's rhyme book.
Dillimore
Gasso Employees
Voiced by: Unknown (Unnamed employee), Benjamin Byron Davis (Derek)
A pair of employees who work at the Gasso gas station in Dillimore.- Every Car Is a Pinto: If CJ spares them during the chase, their car will crash into another gas station while they manage to bail out just in time.
- Heroic Wannabe: The unnamed employee forces Derek to retrieve the stolen tanker truck by CJ and Catalina because he doesn't want to lose his job again. They end up failing.
- Soul-Sucking Retail Job: The unnamed employee clearly hates his job.Gasso employee: I ain't losing another crappy job because of some crazy bitch!
San Fierro
The Foreman
Voiced by: Unknown
A foreman who works at the construction site behind CJ's garage in Doherty.- Buried Alive: He ends up trapped and dying inside a porta-potty within a cement-filled hole at the hands of CJ after he made fun of his sister.
- Construction Catcalls: He and his co-workers made fun of Kendl, angering CJ in the process.
- Disgusting Public Toilet: His portable toilet turns into one after CJ pushes it.
- Humiliation Conga: First, he witnesses everything around him is completely destroyed, forcing him to hide where he was relieving himself. Second, he ends up covered by his own feces when CJ pushes his porta-potty into a ditch. Third, CJ steals a cement truck to fill the ditch with cement, burying him alive.
- Overturned Outhouse: He decides to hide in a porta-potty after CJ destroyed the construction portables; however, CJ pushes the porta-potty into a ditch with a bulldozer and fill it with cement from a cement truck with him still inside.
- Toilet Humour: When his porta-potty is pushed, he yells about his feces flying all over him.
Preacher Bishop

A perverted San Fierro preacher.- Cool Car: He owns a white Stretch limo with black bumpers and a black Huntley, which is driven by his men.
- Dirty Old Monk: He picks up one of Jizzy's prostitutes in an attempt to "remove her corruption" (read: have sex with her).
- Meal Ticket: He manages to convince one of Jizzy's prostitutes into becoming his sex slave, causing Jizzy to order CJ to kill both of them.
- The Men in Black: His men are dressed in black suits.
Bone County
Men in Black
Voiced by: Unknown
A bunch of men in black suits.- Black Helicopter: They attempt to intercept Toreno's contraband helicopter using black helicopters.
- Cool Plane: They own the Andromada, a large airplane which cannot be obtained in-game legitimately.
- Expy: They are a Shout-Out to the Men in Black movie, as the Caucasian agent resembles Agent K, while the African-American agent resembles Agent J.
- Human Aliens: Their lines seem to imply that they are the aliens who masquerade themselves as humans.
- The Men in Black: They wear a black suit and tie, and dark sunglasses.
Snake Farmers
Voiced by: Unknown
A group of four farmers who run a snake farm in Bone County.- The Alleged Car: They own two Waltons. Despite how slow their trucks are, the group manages to chase CJ, Kent Paul and Maccer into the Caligula's Palace if CJ doesn't kill them first.
- Americans Are Cowboys: Three of them wear a cowboy hat.
- Fat Bastard: The only female member of the group is obese.
- Hillbilly Incest: Judging by their dialogue, two of them are brother and sister, and in a sexual relationship.
- Noodle Incident: They apparently went on a "peyote safari" along with Kent Paul and Maccer the previous night, when they see CJ and the duo, they become angry and point guns at the trio. According to the hillbillies, one of them (either Kent Paul or Maccer) slept with the hillbillies' pig, while the other slept with the female hillbilly and gave her an STD.
