The hero of the Mushroom Kingdom.- Achilles' Heel: Nothing can stop him... Except for Metallix.
- Anti-Hero: Before his enforced Heel Realization, Mario had no qualms killing.
- Heel Realization: Enforced by Metallix, who banished him in the Null Space.
- Hero Antagonist: By Mushroom Kingdom Standards, the Koopa Kingdom are the villains, and Mario is the hero. And Dr. Koopa, one of the main characters of the series, is none other than Bowser Jr., as if his name didn't already throw out he's a Koopa. No longer so after his Heel Realization.
- Hero with Bad Publicity: In the Koopa Kingdom. No longer so after his Heel Realization.
Dr. FUCK-er, I mean Dr. Weil
A completely insane scientist who does every thing he does For the Evulz.-
Creator's Pest: He's the one Mega Man character The Merger Magikoopa hates the most. - Fantastic Racism: To Reploids.
- Hate Sink: Because of how much The Merger Magikoopa hates Weil, the latter is portrayed even worse than in the games. He claims that marriage between Reploids is illegal (which makes Dr. Koopa and everyone who supports him outlaws). He then tries to cause a Class Z by destroying Kingdom Hearts.
- Leitmotif: Guardando nel Buio, one of the themes of Ansem, Seeker of Darkness.
- Not So Invincible After All: His armor is supposed to make him immortal. Kingdom Hearts, however, easily reduced him to oblivion.
- Omnicidal Maniac: He tried to pull a Class Z by destroying Kingdom Hearts.
- Ret-Gone: To the Eight Gentle Judges. Metallix brainwashed them so they won't remembered anything about him, and made it impossible for them to remember. Considering Metallix basically erased their memories of their creator, their amnesia becomes this.
Eight Gentle Judges
Eight Reploids created by Dr. Weil. They were once destroyed by Zero's Nobody. 12000 years later, Weil ressurected them, but this time it's Iris that stops them. Metallix took their remains and turned them into the peaceful judges of the Acorn Kingdom. Six of them, the Screaming Interrogators, are members of the Council of Acorns.- The Baby of the Bunch: Childre Inarabitta.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: The first Time they're ressurected, it's Dr. Weil who did this. Metallix brainwashes them himself Later on, but it's Laser-Guided Amnesia (see below)
- Gender Flip: When he was ressurecting them, Metallix accidentally turned Cubit Foxtar female. Previously, Foxtar was male, according to Zero. Justified because Foxtar's gender already was ambiguous, being a very effeminate Reploid, and, despite the fact "he can think faster than a supercomputer", Metallix does not have Dr. Koopa's level of genius.
- Large Ham: Tretista Kelverian.
- Laser-Guided Amnesia: Metallix erased any memories of Dr. Weil from them and installer a System that makes them reject any input of Weil. To them, Weil is Ret-Gone.
