Anessix dislikes getting her hands dirty, and prefers to let her army of demons fight for her. Although she cannot attack, she automatically summons a companion to her side, and generates Hype based on the number of allied Demons on the board. Her first ability, Martyr's Boon, causes Anessix to lose a percentage of her maximum health in exchange for healing her allies over time. Pure Pain, her second ability, deals pure damage over time to a random enemy. Her ultimate abilities are Summon Demonic Golem, which calls a powerful creature to fight at her side, and Enthrall, which makes all allied heroes target one specific enemy, turning the target into a demon companion if they die.
- Cast from Hit Points: Martyr's Boon damages Anessix for a portion of her maximum health.
- Fixed Damage Attack: Pure Pain does Pure damage, which goes through armor and magic resistance.
- Horned Humanoid: As a demon, Anessix has four goat-like horns, two sprouting from her forehead and two behind her ears.
- Shout-Out: One of Anessix's talents is called "Despite All My Rage", referencing a lyric from the song "Bullet with Butterfly Wings" by Smashing Pumpkins
- Summon Magic: Anessix summons an ally with her passive ability, and can also summon a Demonic Golem with one of her ultimate abilities.
- Technical Pacifist: Annesix has a dislike for violence, or at least inflicting it directly. She can't attack or damage enemies (except with Pure Pain), but instead summons a demon warrior to fight for her while supporting her peons with her abilities.
Hobgen loves lighting things on fire, burning foes when he attacks them, and generates more Hype the more enemies are aflame. Explosivo!, his first ability, fires an incendiary cannonball which lights its target and adjacent foes on fire while dealing damage which is distributed among them. He can also use Super-Charged to inflame an ally and increase their attack speed at the cost of draining their health. His ultimate abilities are Friendly Fire, which has Hobgen call upon his friends to bombard the arena, and Let's Go Crazy, which gives the Super-Charged buff to Hobgen himself and alters his targeting priorities to focus on hitting foes who aren't already on fire.
- Death from Above: Friendly Fire calls a rain of bombs from above all over the battlefield.
- The Fair Folk: Just like Dark Willow, Hobgen is a fairy. Also like Dark Willow, he definitely isn't a nice guy; after all, he is one of the Underlords of White Spire on top of his pyromaniac tendencies.
- Flaming Hair: His hair is made of fire for unknown reasons.
- Percent Damage Attack: Being lit on fire by Hobgen causes a unit to lose a portion of its maximum health each second.
- Playing with Fire: Hobgen attacks by throwing fireballs which ignite his target.
- Pyromaniac: He's not called the "Arson Afficionado" for nothing. He loves setting people on fire so much that he actually generates more Hyper when his foes are burning.
