Alexa is a personal expert on style, and the unofficial leader of the Diva Starz. She's into all kinds of fashion and hairstyles, and sets the latest trends. Her pet is a cat named Fluffy Starz.

- The Fashionista: She describes herself as "Your personal expert on style."
- Girlish Pigtails: She had these as part of her Wave 1 and Wave 2 designs.

A self-proclaimed athlete, Nikki is the tomboy of the group. She's into all kinds of sports and is a champion inside and out. Her pet is a dog named Budster Starz.
- Ambiguously Brown: Her tanned skin suggests she's Hispanic.
- Catchphrase: "Hyper cool!"
- Improbable Hairstyle: Her hairdo in Wave 2 is really huge and frizzy.
- Passionate Sports Girl: She loves sports, and is passionate about it.
Summer is the sweet Diva who's into nature and the outdoors. She's also a caretaker of animals. Her pet is a rabbit named Sunny Starz. She was replaced with Miranda in Wave 3.
- Catchphrase: "Cool-a-rama!"
- Put on a Bus: Disappears from Wave 3 with no explanation, with Miranda taking her place. According to Tia in "Pop Star Dreams", she's on an ocean rescue mission with her family.
- Significant Green-Eyed Redhead: Has red hair and green eyes, to symbolize her love of nature.
Tia is described as a "hip-cool chick and a techno whiz". She's a tech-savvy genus and is really good with any means of technology and electronics, and is also the smartest. Her pet is a dog named Hippie Starz.
- A Day in the Limelight: She gets the spotlight in "The Show Must Go On" when she saves a fireworks show from being cancelled.
- Catchphrase: "Funk-o-matic!"
- Gadgeteer Genius: She's good with all types of gadgets and technology.
- Sassy Black Woman: She's sassy and black. Even helps that she's voiced by a female rapper.
The most recent member of the group, Miranda loves her new friends. She first met the others at a pop concert and got called onstage to sing with them. She also runs her own magazine. She's the only Diva without a pet. She replaced Summer in Wave 3.
- Sixth Ranger: She joins the group in Wave 3.
