Case 01. A freelance editor and Lynette's college roommate. After getting his heart broken, he is unable to find new love due to him constantly comparing every new girl with his old love. Thus, he was given the name the "Lovelorn Parasite".- Nerd Glasses: A shy and timid writer, he's the most unsavvy of the group and wears a pair of thick black glasses.

Case 02. The president and founder of the Cupid Corporation who has the reputation of a happily married man... but that isn't true. He's actually single and decides to sign up with the Parasite 5 under the name “Monsieur Esse”. Unfortunately, because of his work ethic and the need for his "Devoted Husband" image to remain intact, he never makes in-person appearances with the other Parasites. He uses his secretary Owen as a stand-in. He is the "Prestige Parasite".- Married to the Job: No matter what, work comes first. This is part of the reason why he's still unmarried.

Case 03. A world-famous movie star whose good looks and stunning action scenes have led to multiple box office hits. After being cast in his first ever romance movie, he joins Cupid Corporation in order learn about love. This proves to be a problem due to his extreme interest in mythology, his constant ramblings drive any potential matches away. This earned him the name, the "Obsessed Parasite".- Everyone Loves Blondes: He's an incredibly popular movie star with golden blonde hair. While he has trouble keeping them, he has no issue attracting the opposite sex.

Glamor Parasite x Facial Perfectionist; Harsh Fashion Designer
Case 04. A rude and hypercritical designer. He's a member of the Keisaiin family known for their fashion brand "KeiSai:In". He moved to Los York to start his own line of clothing, "rYUKI". He struggles to recognize anyone he deems to have a lower facial rank. Due to his synesthesia, he often assigns people a color-related hexadecimal code. He carries a bottle of mist to make sure his skin stays moisturized. He is the "Glamour Parasite".- Eccentric Fashion Designer: He's a fashion designer who makes no effort to censor himself. He openly expresses contempt for those with low facial ranks and ugly hex codes.

Case 05. A mysterious man who seems to gravitate towards women already in relationships. For some reason he wants to get married, but thanks to his knack of stealing other's partners, it hasn't been going well. This has earned him the name, the "Thieving Parasite".- Handsome Lech: A very handsome man who has a thing for women in relationships. He's also an incorrigible flirt.
