Hethe
The creator gods of Universe X. Their pantheon is comprised of four members. They dwell in an inaccessible region of Existence known as Calat.

    In General
  • The Maker: They are worshiped as the creators of "existence itself" and (almost) everything within it.
  • Color Motif: Each Hethe is associated with a particular color: Ced'ric is orange, De'ebolus is red, Fab'rasi is silver, and El'lepagi is blue.
  • De-power: Downplayed; while none of the Hethe possess the level of power they previously had in Universe A, they do have some power over beings in the Lathyrum.
  • The Ghosts: Despite frequent mentions, none of them have appeared in person yet.

    Ced’ric

Ced’ric, né Cedric Kharon

The most powerful of the Hethe and the unofficial "head" of the pantheon. He was responsible for creating and watching over humans (alongside El'lepagi). He is known for having a chaotic, unpredictable nature, and for his ruthless ambition.

  • Took a Level in Jerkass: It's been hinted that having grown into adulthood, Ced'ric has grown into the Hethian disposition as well.
  • Trickster God: He is known for being tricky in addition to chaotic. In the first age of the Lathrym, he was regarded as the patron Hethe of court jesters. (That this is no longer the case may be due to jesters falling out of favor...or it may be due to Cedric embracing the darker aspects of chaos.)
  • Vibrant Orange: He is associated with bright orange: the color of his eyes.

    El'lepagi

El'lepagi, né El'lepagi Xeth'i'stral

"May you all be blessed in the name of the God of Beetles, and may he take my madness unto his glory."
Franz Irinith Faust

A former Arkn ruler and warrior of Universe A who was made a Hethe (and subsequently transferred to Universe X). He was responsible for creating Humanity, and is believed to have created the Risen (for reasons that are, as of yet, unknown). He is the most popular god worshipped by the Arkn.

  • God Of Arkn Origin: He was once the Prince of the Arkn in Universe A.
  • Blue Is Heroic: He is associated with the color blue, partly because of his origins as An Arkn knight.
  • Hot God: If Faust's exclamation on his blog is any indication, some of the Arkn definitely see him this way.
"By Ellpagg's taut and firm abs, I'm going to scream!"
  • Mad God: Inverted: because he was once tortured to near madness in a Dekn prison realm, yet managed to (mostly) recover, he is regarded as the patron deity of those suffering from mental health issues and infirmities; Arkn pray for him to bless them with mental fortitude, and to aid in their recovery.

    De'ebolus

De'ebolus, né Lucius

The son of the former head of the Hethe, De'ebolus took up his father's mantle in the New World. He was responsible for the creation of the Dekn within the Elevrium, and likely instigated the Arkn-Dekn war (by encouraging the Dekn to act against the Arkn).

  • De-power: He retains quite a bit of his original power in Universe X. However, it's almost entirely useless to him: because he wasn't responsible for the creation of Universe X, he doesn't have much power over it.
  • God of Evil: While the extent of what he can do is greatly limited, he does his father proud by proving himself the most malicious of the Hethe. He inflicted millions of humans with a catastrophic disaster, forcibly exposed them to Silulic energy to mutate their bodies, and then provoked them into a war with the Arkn for nothing more than his own amusement, ensuring that the conflict of the Old World plays out in the New.
  • The Gods Must Be Lazy: After creating the Dekn (and possibly the Nagiani), he basically sits around doing nothing, aside from sending the Dekn a few visions of Ersis and goading them into warring against the Arkn. (Justified, as there isn't much he can do.)
  • It Amused Me: He forced a Seed note  through the Silulis, then exposed half of it to Silulic energy and forced the evolution of a new race of Dekn – just so that he could provoke them into a new war with the Arkn and allow his (and his father's) primary source of entertainment to continue.
  • Legacy Character: De'ebolus is actually Lucius, the son of the original De'ebo; he took up his father's name and station after De'ebo was sealed away by the remaining members of that world's pantheon..
  • War God: He is seen as such by the Arkn and Dekn alike, and with good reason: he was the instigator of the war between the races.

    Fab'rasi

Fab'rasi né Kiiram

The son of Fab'ras, Fab'rasi took his place in the Hethe pantheon after Fab'ras was sealed away with De'ebolus. He was responsible for the creation of Tatsuonga, the Ethric Mind; after one of the Origin Seeds was pushed into the Lathrym, he claimed one half of the Seed, using the last of his power to mutate the humans into a new race of Arkn. Legend claims that he was the responsible for causing the Arkn to war against De'ebolus's Dekn.

  • Animal Motifs: He's associated with (among other things) "the Ersian mammal known as the horse".
  • Background Magic Field: Created one, vis a vis the Tatsuonga (see below). Full-blood Arkn can wield its power naturally, and carry it within their blood; Dekn, half-blood members of both races, and even humans are capable of tapping into the same power, so long as they have an external source in which to store it.

Other Entities

    The Ethric Mind

The Ethric Mind / Tatsuonga

An entity, formed out of the Life Energy of Fab'rasi. It serves as a wellspring for all the magical energy in existence.

  • Background Magic Field: Is responsible for one.
  • Place of Power: Its home — a split in .Mainframe's adjoining reality core — is known as one. It's even referred to as "The Source"
  • Power Source: Tatsuonga is the source of all Ethri, the energy that fuels magic.
  • Sentient Cosmic Force: It was created out of the life energy of Fab'rasi and is hinted to have some sentience of its own (while acting as the source of all magic energy).

    The Silulic Horror

The Silulic Horror

A massive, legendary beast that dwells within the depths of the Silulis. It was allegedly created by De'ebolus as a counterpart to Fab'rasi's Ethric Mind.

  • Digital Abomination: The very definition of one.
  • Eldritch Abomination: It has shades of this; its form is unknown, said to be terrifying to behold, and so massive that it has never been seen in its entirety.

    The Ythen

Ythen

A race of lesser deities created by Fab'rasi to watch over the Seeds (as the Hethe have little power over them). They lurk on the outskirts of Ersis. There are multiple Ythen; however, only a few of them are presently active.

  • Celestial Body: They're described as having pulsating, galaxy-like "skin".
  • The Ghosts: They have yet to appear in any media.
  • Humanoid Abomination: The Ythen appear as giant beings with a vaguely humanoid shape.
  • The Watcher: They observe the Seeds as well as the traffic in and out of them, and are responsible for alerting SEEKER agents when things generally go awry, as well as punishing offenders. However, this is basically all they are capable of doing (hence why they need to rely on SEEKER to deal with the particulars).
