The leader of a mercenary group who is vowing to take revenge on Don Ignacio Guillermo, the kingpin who killed their friends and their loved ones. He is also revealed to have lived in San Andres before he became a farmer, and met both Oscar and Aurora there.- Cold-Blooded Torture: Inflitcs this on Delfin after he asked Lily for suggestions on what to do with him.
- Cruel and Unusual Death: After getting the usual No-Holds-Barred Beatdown from Task Force Agila, they tie his arms to their cars and go in reverse to the point that his arms detach from brute force alone. Then Cardo decides to run him over, leaving Armando's corpse a gory mess.
- Greed: The sole reason why he wanted to hand over Task Force Agila to the police. He already has a large mansion (that he took from another man) and lots of money, but he still wanted more.
- Villains Want Mercy: Begs mercy from Task Force Agila when he's cornered, to no avail. His last words are even him shouting Cardo's name.

The wife of Armando, who accompanies him in the group's missions.- Dark Is Evil: She mostly wears dark clothing, before and after she and her group betray the Task Force Agila.
- Greed: This is also her reason why she wanted to hand over Task Force Agila to the police, just like her husband, Armando.
- Handguns: Is always seen wielding a pistol during gunfights.
