Andrew "Frosty" Harrison
Thanks Duke! I'll remember whose ass to pull out of the fire first when everything goes to hell!
The main protagonist of the Marine campaign. Earned his name for being cool under pressure.- Red Baron: Is called "Frosty" because he never loses his nerve.
- One-Man Army: Ends up working alone...kinda makes him the precursor to the typical one man army types of the Call of Duty series.
- Heroic Mime: Averted. He clearly speaks when he is the player character.
- Flirting Under Fire: At least he attempted on Tomiko, until she stopped him from going forward with it.
- No One Gets Left Behind: Despite being a human in a horrible situation, he refused to abandone his commander behind. Even force his way through waves of monsters just to get them back. But oh well, it didn't mattered she died before he got to her anyway.
- The Protagonist: Titular hero of the marine campaign.
- Sole Survivor: Averted; unlike most other entries in the franchise, Frosty actually manages to save most of his teammates at the end of the game.
- Darkand Troubled Past: In the removed backstory that explore Frosty character, he used to have a sister named Alice who he clearly cared about. He even protects her from her bullies. Just before the latter 8th birthday his father died of a mining accident, which leads to him to look for a job to care for his family. However when an protest broke out on the mining colony, the goverment secruities open-fired and leads to huge chaos to break out. Harrison failed to hold his sister Alice and she was dragged away during the horrible event with no body to be found.
- Badass Normal: In comparison to the predator and the Drone, Harrison is a normal human who can only use his weaponaries to survive. However, he managed to handle his enemies fine without his weapons, displaying that of a badass he is.

- One-Man Army: Prince makes short work of nearly everything in his path.
- Retractable Weapon: He has the customary retractable wrist-blades.
- Walking Armory: Truly armed to the teeth, with everything from netguns to plasma pistols.

Cisco
The nasty, lazy human who serves as host for the player of the Alien campaign.
- Asshole Victim: Cisco is very anti-social and obnoxious to his staff, he later suffers one of the worst ways to die in the Alien universe, courtesy of a facehugger.
- Chest Burster: You get the inside look too since it is you that is chewing its way out of him.
- Face Full of Alien Wing-Wong: Is attacked while sleeping on duty, and with no one around to help him....not that they would with the way he treated people.
Hall
The sarge of the marine squad.
- Chest Burster: How she dies...if you didn't mercy kill her.
- Face Full of Alien Wing-Wong.
- Hope Spot: Frosty thought he could rescue her only to find that she has already been impregnated.
Rykov
- A Father to His Men: Despite being a merc, he is loyal to his men.
