Awesome Music / Halo Infinite

Go To

The music of Infinite upholds the legacy of stirring, emotional music in the Halo franchise, this time composed by Gareth Coker (Ori and the Blind Forest, Ori and the Will of the Wisps), Curtis Schweitzer (Starbound), and Joel Corelitz (Death Stranding).

  • "Reverie" (Schweitzer) is a meditative, downbeat version of "Canticles", communicating the dire straits that Master Chief has found himself in, lost on Halo Zeta, finishing with a Lonely Piano Piece.
  • "Set a Fire In Your Heart" (Coker) is a low, intense piece with aggressive percussion, played during Escharum's speech during the demo.
  • "Through the Trees" (Corelitz) marks the return of "A Walk In the Woods" (itself remixed as "Heretic, Hero" in 2 as well), along with a short snippet of the Osiris theme at the very beginning.
  • "Of Blood and Burden" (Alex Bhore, Eternal Time & Space) has a medley of old and new Halo tracks with a post-rock guitar taking center stage and the piano playing the Halo leitmotif in the middle.
  • When starting "The Road", the Master Chief gets in a Rocket Warthog, Wraith, or Chopper — cue the Halo battle theme.
