- "(Age of) Aquarius": The song that sets the mood of the piece, declaring that an age of peace of love is coming amidst the chaos of the Vietnam War. It's probably the best known song from the musical.
- "Hair": The Title Theme Tune, bragging about how long the cast's hair is, as a sign of rebellion. It's probably the second best known song from the musical, and obviously the one most connected to it.
- "Let The Sunshine In": The song that is probably known most that has Adaptation Displacement; that is, people know the song without knowing it's from the musical.
