Although the soundtrack of the game isn't as well known as other creations of Konami (and the game tends to remix some of the tracks), there is no doubt that the composers did excellent work.

  • The Final Boss fight theme of The Zero Elebit starts out frightening and menacing, but after a while it changes to a more hopeful tone reminding us that while Zero seems like a villain, he actually isn't, just frightened.
  • "Black Elebits" sounds like something from a spy game. Fits perfectly for the level, where you first face Elebits who can damage you without tanks if you don't dodge them in time.
  • "To the Amusement Park" is really hard not to like. Its happy, cheerful tone is perfectly in sync with our first impressions of the Amusement Park.
  • "Me and My Little War sounds like a walk in a peaceful snowy forest, in contrast to the frustration of the actual level. On the other hand, along with "Me, Elebits and Fate", it reminds you that you are very close to beating the game. It's also a nice touch that parts of "Fairy Tale Time" can be heard in the background, since you can actually fix the Bee Ride once again.
