The entire concept of the show itself is a CMOA. The series was spawned from a single achievement guide in which Gavin mispronounced his own name and gave Ray a nickname that he brushed off as a stupid joke. The fact that the creators could expand some jokes from an achievement guide into a fully realised animated series is pretty damn cool.
Episode 1 - X-Ray and Vav Rise
- 'Betsy', Hilda's Ray Gun, is ridiculously badass.
Episode 2 -Operation: Rescue Friend
- X-Ray finally being on-target when shooting the Mad King's crown out of the air.
- The Mad King is wonderfully hammy and evil.
Episode 3 - Evil Unlocked
- Rusty shows off his Almighty Janitor side greatly in this episode. In fact at the end of the episode he's one of three people not under the Corpirate's mind-control (thank his Tinfoil Hat for that) and the only one still conscious, having somehow saved X-Ray and Vav and gotten them away from danger.
Episode 4 - Storm the Tower
- X-Ray and Vav finally, finally Take A Level In Badass, managing to break into the Corpirate's tower and free Hilda within the first minute or two. They forget to deactivate the alarms, though.
- The final battle on the rooftop: Hilda kicks ass with her laser gun, while ORF manages to hold off several mooks before being damaged. X-Ray and Vav take on the Corpirate himself, actually holding their own.
- The Corpirate going One-Winged Angel, gaining massive muscles and using the key as a weapon, being immune to X-Ray's beams is awesome. Even more awesome is X-Ray and Vav defeating him by themselves.
- One for the writers. It would have been expected and easy for the writers to just keep X-Ray and Vav as comic relief while everyone else saves the city. Nope.
- Vav, during their Darkest Hour with them being tied up and about to "walk the plank" while Rusty, Hilda, and ORF are being held captive: "To hell with plans! Let's do something stupid!"The Corpirate: Any last words before ye plunder into the abyss?
Vav: Just three.
X-Ray and Vav: X-RAY... AND VAAAAAAAV! (cue using the plank as a springboard to jump into the air, spinning around to free themselves of their ropes, and then doing their mid-air pelvic thrust on the Corpirate's head) - X-Ray and the Corpirate get into a beam war, with them being even until the Corpirate powers up enough to push X-Ray towards the edge of the building. Vav uses his slow-mo hands on X-Ray's feet to keep him in place and allow him to power up his beam enough to overwhelm and fry the Corpirate.
Season 2, Episode 1 - The Dawn of Mogar
- Mogar being able to overpower Vav's Slow-Mo Hands. Just by sheer determination. He's also VERY competent.
Season 2, Episode 4 - Coal & Order
- The ending of the episode - the return of the Mad King!
Season 2, Episode 5 - The Madness of the King
- The Mad King takes the show, driving a wedge between X-Ray and Vav and convincing Mogar to help him.
Season 2, Episode 6 - It's A Crazy Mad World
- The Mad King retaking Monarch Labs through puppies!
Season 2, Episode 7 - The Anti-Vav Ray
- The Mad King smashes the X-Ray and Vav team by putting them as Heroes with Bad Publicity and uses what he told X-Ray to good measure by putting in a Sadistic Choice.
Season 2, Episode 9 - There's No "You" in Team
- We finally see The Mad King's plan come to fruition as everyone drank the milk the cow gave and suddenly had their strength sapped with a simple push of a button.
- Vav deflecting X-Ray's laser vision shot.
Season 2, Episode 10 - Reign Down
- The appearance of Hilda and ORF's new Powered Armor form.
- We get to see that, for all of his boisterous attitude, Vav is X-Ray's hero and The Power of Friendship overrides the Sadistic Choice X-Ray was put into.
- Team Lads in action on screen, combining the tea cup and X-Ray's glasses with Mogar's sword for an awesome Sword Beam attack.Mogar: Mogar... is... ready!
