• Before the story starts, Inari realizes the usual way new gods and goddesses grow into the role and powers won't work this time round and sets up a contingency that will allow her to mentor the first of the New Gods, leaving a fragment of herself behind while the rest of her dies in battle. And so far, she's the only god to have shown this foresight and preparation. Not even the Gods who had Domain over Time have been shown to have this insight into the future.
• The Kitsune that saves Lisa from being forced to work for Coil.
• Taylor single-handedly stops a fight between the E88 and the Merchants, capturing Hookwolf and Stormtiger and destroying Squealer's latest invention. She also tanks being struck by Squealer's weapon with no more damages than a car and bullets pancake when they hit her. Inari was not kidding by saying how far Taylor has come from her pre-goddess self.
• Taylor handing herself surprisingly well in the press conference after the above fight.
• Sophia using what is basically a lightsaber against the attacking statues.
• Taylor forcing Sophia to have a massive Heel Realization about how the latter was acting like a thug instead of a hero.
