Kingdom Hearts: Twilight's Awakening
- The stained glass platforms seen throughout the Kingdom Hearts franchise make an appearance while Twilight is in Dive to the Heart. The first depicts Spike and the rest of her friends, but the other two depict Ruby Rose and Steven Universe, foreshadowing their future involvement in the plot.
- Twilight faces a different version of the Darkside while at the Dive to the Heart, one in the form of an alicorn called the Darkside Alicorn.
- Twilight has been around Celestia so long and seen her in Day Court so often that she can pick up on small hints and Character Tics that let her know when Celestia is lying or only telling half-truths.
- The Heartless invade Equestria and the Mane 6 struggle against a group of Shadows, one of the weakest Heartless ever. Once Twilight gets her Keyblade though, she ends up decimating them.
- Twilight saves Fluttershy from some Heartless, and in an unexpected move nobody thought was possible, swears at the Heartless at top of her lungs.Twilight: GET AWAY FROM HER, YOU BITCH!
- Twilight's Badass Boast to the Heartless when she faces them alone as her friends go on ahead.Twilight: So, who dies first?
- Twilight's second fight with the Darkside Alicorn. Particularly when she uses the Strike Raid to cut off its left wing and cause it to crash land on its other wing, leaving it mangled, and then defeat it with her Stardust Laser.
- Spike finds a Magic Staff that lets him cast explosion magic. It is clear he is only going to get better when he ends up meeting with Toriel and Merlin and they begin to teach him how to use magic.
