  • The Killers playing for the Fourth of July... on the White House Lawn. They were so impressive that they were asked to play at a rally for Harry Reid later that year. In 2022, Brandon was asked to perform again for Harry Reid's funeral with "Home Means Nevada" and The Killer's own "Be Still."
  • The impressive Call-Back to most of their music videos for "Just Another Girl". Also featuring Dianna Agron as Brandon Flowers. Done exceptionally.
  • The animation for the "Miss Atomic Bomb" music video is flipping gorgeous.
  • Any time that the band crosses over with New Order at a live show to play "Crystal".
  • The crowd at a concert in Glasgow chanted for a young man named Tony to play on the drums with the band. A visibly nervous Brandon let him come up and sub in for Ronnie during "For Reasons Unknown." Tony absolutely nailed the song, causing Brandon to slightly alter the lyrics during one part to acknowledge him.
  • Back then before Brandon Flowers was famous, he was being cheated on by his unfaithful girlfriend and later wrote "Mr. Brightside" as a way to vent out his frustration. Said song eventually turned into a Breakaway Pop Hit and Brandon with his band reached their fame like there's no tomorrow. A wise old man once said, "Success is the best revenge". Indeed, it is!
  • The 2022 tour to support Imploding the Mirage on its American leg was a constant stream of guest appearances of various classic rockers who inspired The Killers, with Johnny Marr on tour with the band and appearances by Lindsey Buckingham and Bruce Springsteen for the encore acts in Los Angeles and New York City respectively.
