• The description of Bib and Tessek's planned coups against Jabba are so impressive (and karmic in Bib's case) that its kind of a shame they never came to pass.
• Malakili and the Rancor battling some Tusken Raiders.
• Clueless Detective Gartogg actually figuring out who is behind the slew of murders, even if no one believes him.
• Arguably Bib's plan to save Nat from being fed to the rancor.
• Oola's defiance towards Jabba, although it also has some Tearjerker to it.
• Ephant Mon's description of himself and a Formerly Fit Jabba battling gunrunners in the past.
• Boba Fett haggling with Jabba over the bounty on Han by describing him as a sculpture by Darth Vader in his present state, and thus possessing collector's value. Also has a lot of Black Comedy to it.
• Bubo thwarting Ree-Yees by swallowing an explosive component.
• It wasn't an entirely selfless act, but Tessek saves Luke by shooting a guard about to back-shoot him.
• The skiff guard's story about his sister surviving a fall into the Sarlacc pit, and the Villain's Dying Grace moment of one of the stormtroopers to chase her in there.
• Doallyn battling a Krayt dragon and then Yarna carrying him the rest of the way to safety due to the injuries he suffered.
• The droids of Cloud City taking revenge on EV-9D9.
• Bib Fortuna's fate at the end of the story; As part of his coup, he enlisted the B'Omarr Monks as soldiers. When Fortuna returns from the disastrous battle at the Sarlacc, he finds that the Monks have decided they don't want to share their temple with criminals anymore- and that Bib Fortuna is now enlightened enough to his brain taken out and put in a jar...
