KM-8713 attacking Captain Phasma for screwing over their platoon to save her own ass. Phasma is KM-8713's superior who she has been brainwashed to obey blindly and she's far more experienced in combat, but KM-8713 still tries to take her down to avenge her comrades. In fact, she manages to catch Phasma offguard and would probably have killed her if it weren't for Phasma's fancy armor.
Kylo Ren taking on a Zillo Beast almost singlehandedly and winning. He does this by leaping from his shuttle straight into the Beast's mouth and then carving it up from inside with his lightsaber. He then cuts his way out, stands atop its corpse and tells the Benathy army that their 'god' is dead and they worship the First Order now. All the Benathy immediately cease fighting and kneel before him. It should be noted that Vader had previously fought the Benathy but was finally forced to retreat because of the Zillo Beast, so Kylo finally managed to one-up his grandpa in something.
