Caine evading the bounty hunters early on using his hover boots, shield, and plasma gun.
Caine saving himself after Titus has him thrown into space, using his boots to burn off his cuffs and then grab a spacesuit he had kicked loose.
Jupiter, after getting brutally beat up and taunted by Balem near the end of the film, decides that she's had enough of his nonsense and digs her fingers into his bullet wound to make him back off, then proceeds to beat the stuffing out of him with a metal pipe... then is classy enough to spare his life at the last moment.
Before that Balem pulls the classic 'you don't have the guts to pull the trigger' and he's partially right. Jupiter has the guts to shoot him in the leg though.
Jupiter's badass line to Balem before she refuses to kill him although he fell to his death moments later.
To put the above in context, Balem was talking about how he apparently killed his mother on her request in their last encounter, but talks to Jupiter as though she actually is his mother in the sense of retaining her memories.
The entire fight between Creeghan and Caine.
Caine, with Stinger, pulling off a rescue mission to save Jupiter before she was married to Titus. The intense space battle which takes place at the same time as the wedding on board Titus's fancy spaceship was awesome.
The gigantic multi-level chase/battle scene in Chicago between Caine on his space skating boots and a whole squadron of fighters. The entire scene easily lasts over 5 minutes and goes from the tallest skyscrapers to underwater without a single break.
