• Also, Ghost Rider, of all people, pulling a Big Damn Heroes moment in "When Calls Galactus". Both the FF and Thor have been getting their butts kicked by Galactus (who is attempting to eat Earth again), only for Ghost Rider to suddenly show up out of nowhere (to the confusion of Ben and the awe of Johnny, who had thought Ghost Rider to only be a myth) and confront Galactus. Ghost Rider (at least in this continuity) is summoned whenever innocent blood is shed — and Galactus is a prime offender (what with eating planets for lunch). He unleashes the Penance Stare on him, forcing him to "feel the torment of a billion, billion... extinguished souls. Experience the pain... of eternal guilt." This knocks Galactus unconscious and the Rider promptly leaves him "in mortal hands". It may have been short, but that was kickass.
