• Si's poodle, against all expectations from Phil and Jase, retrieving doves in "Can't Hardly Weight".
  Phil: I'll never badmouth another poodle as long as I live.
• They built the world's largest duck call in less than a week. And it worked, once they hooked it up to a leaf blower.
• Si telling Willie to stop being such a Boyfriend-Blocking Dad in "Duck Be A Lady", all while wearing what can only be described as "a Cajun pimp suit", which depending on how you perceive it, either makes it silly or even more awesome. Especially since it's really easy to forget that Si has a grown daughter and that he's been in Willie's shoes before.
• The pet photographer turns out a photograph of Phil, Miss Kay, and their dogs that they love, earning perhaps Phil's only compliment to a "yuppie" in the entire series.
• After Si buys a new truck in "Truck Commander", the Robertsons give his old truck "The Grey Ghost" an appropriate sendoff: they blow it up.
