What makes this even more awesome is that he never flat out refuses to do business with Private Equity, he just describes what little chance Private Equity has of making back the money.

• In 30 Days of US Healthcare: Neurology Peer to Peer, Neurology is his usual mean self but finally towards someone who deserves it (United Healthcare) and for a good cause (to get United to cover his patient's medication for multiple sclerosis.

• In Don't Mess With Bill's Mom, Bill's mother stands up to the attending trying to get Bill to come into work on his day off and insists that Bill will not be going into work. She then threatens to tank the attending's patient satisfaction score if he retaliates against Bill in any way. After being the Butt-Monkey for so long, it's very satisfying to see someone stand up for Bill.
