- The moment where after making a Heroic Sacrifice that simultaneously saves the world and rescues an innocent soul from Helll, said sacrifice causes Constantine to start ascending to Heaven... and flip Satan off while doing so. Word of God states that it was God using John's finger to flip off Satan.
- What about Lucifer reaching into Constantine's lungs and pulling the whole cancerous mass out? That was pretty fucking special.
- Lucifer demonstrates just why he is the boss of his domain by effortlessly dealing with Mammon. And Gabriel too.Gabriel: I will smite thee in His honor! [Goes for a punch that is halted an inch from Lucifer's face]
Lucifer: [beat and a smug grin] Looks like somebody doesn't have your back any more... - John and Chaz taking out a room full of demons by first blessing the water in the sprinkler system of the building, then setting it off with a lighter, than taking the survivors down with shotguns loaded with holy slugs crafted from melted gold crucifixes.
- After Constantine punches the de-winged Gabriel and he actually reacts to it:"That's called pain. Get used to it."
- Specifically the fact that he punched the mastermind behind Mammon's plan, which would've brought hell on earth and endless suffering for all, after he/she just tried goading him into going for the revenge kill.
- As funny as it is awesome: Constantine bluffing Balthazar into spilling the beans on the master plan by threatening him with absolution of all his sins and sending him to heaven.
