• The famous briefcase shootout scene. Even more badass because the insanely fast quick draw is not special effects—Tom Cruise trained to be able to draw that fast.
  • The script called for Vincent to fire 5 shots in 1.60 seconds during the briefcase shootout scene. The take used in the film has Cruise managing to do it in 1.39 seconds
  • Nearly every scene of Vincent "at work" is a CMOA, the shootout in the Korean nightclub especially.
• Max's Took a Level in Badass, eventually being able to give Vincent a Shut Up, Hannibal! and kill him to protect Annie.
• Max, forced to pick up a new list from the man who hired Vincent, walks into Felix's club with absolutely nothing, and proceeds to con the drug lord by channelling Vincent.
• This for Max, and for Vincent, the attack on Target #4.
