Iritology is a series of advertisement made by Indonesian cellular service AXIS in 2015 and 2016. They usually feature cheeky situations that insists you must use their service, with the main connection between the ads are the title and the same genie-like mascot. The ads, which are given arbitrary number, are as follows:

  • #18: A lot of people suddenly wake up because there's a promo on Wednesday.
  • #36: A guy phones several people to find someone who can drive him to Sudirman.
  • #54: High-schoolers take a lot of selfies and share them to social media.
  • #72: A teenager looks for his girlfriend by calling several people, but he speaks in abbreviated text.
  • #81: People gossiping about how someone can make many social media posts.

The ads contains examples of:

  • The Comically Serious: In #54, one of the schoolers joining the group selfie stands out by keeping a straight face while the rest makes several faces and poses.
  • Funny Phone Misunderstanding: At one point in #36, one of the answerer to "Sir, [you're going through] Sudirman?" is a woman who though he is asking for her name, or maybe not.
    Woman: I'm Sukirman.
    Caller: Sukirman?
    Woman: Supriman.
    Caller: Supriman?
    Woman: Sujiman.
    Caller: [scratches head]
    Woman: Sukijan.
  • Magic Carpet: Parodied in #54 where the Arabian Nights-inspired mascot and his two servants travel on a carpet in the sky... because the carpet is on top of falling meteor.
  • Right Behind Me: During the first set of selfies in #54, the student doesn't realize that the teacher is coming, to the point the teacher can be seen right behind the student in the last selfie.
  • Slogan: "Irit itu AXIS" ("cheap is AXIS"), said at the end of every ad.
