Avengers: Infinite Wars

Adaptational Early Appearance in this series.
  • The additional threat posed by the Avengers prompts Sidious and Dooku to dispatch Durge to rescue the captured Nute Gunray rather than just rely on Ventress for the mission.
    • Also, in the same chapter, due to sheer technicality, this was Barriss Offee's first appearance as well. Though she was present on Geonosis, in terms of Clone Wars storylines go, she doesn't appear until season 2
  • Hera Syndulla appears as a young girl in the story, while she had never made an appearance in the Clone Wars(though she does appear immediately afterwards), nor was she mentioned.
  • Celeste Morne and her oubliette are found on Earth by Bucky in a Siberian Hydra facility ( same one where Bucky was brainwashed into the Winter Soldier ), when in canon the oubliette was only opened by Darth Vader early in the Galactic Civil War.
  • Chapter 28 sees the Avengers and the Jedi go to Jedha, meet Chirrut Imwe and Baze Malbus, and end up rescuing an infant Mara Jade and Grogu.
  • Chapter 31 looks at Orson Callan Krennic as he searches for materials to use for the Death Star during the Clone Wars.
  • Chapter 47 reveals that Merrin, who will be the last of the Nightsisters of Dathomir after the Clone Wars, is introduced as a child who has become close to Wanda.
  • Chapter 48 introduces Wilhuff Tarkin earlier than in canon, who is promoted by Palpatine to vice-admiral in the aftermath of Ultron's first attack and the death of admiral Yularen.
  • Chapter 62 introduces Omega, who meets Echo much sooner than in canon, and Lama Su offhandedly mentions her status as a pure clone of Jango Fett much earlier than in the series.
  • Chapter 64 sees Hera Syndulla meeting Caleb Dume during the Clone Wars when both are children, as opposed to meeting as adults during the Rebellion.
  • Chapter 66 introduces Peli Motto and Guri during the Clone Wars, as opposed to after the Empire came into existence.
  • Chapter 79 sees Shaun/Shang-Chi and Katy being targeted by his father, which in canon only happened after the Blip.
  • In Chapter 84, rather than appearing a hundred+ years after the battle of Yavin during the legacy era of Star Wars, the Zeltron Deliah Blue appears in this era, being the first conscript of the republic, joining the 501st.
  • Rather than appearing years later during the fledgling years of the Rebellion, Luthen Rael appears in Chapter 86 as an information broker on the side of the Guardians of the Galaxy and their allies.
  • Instead of being (chronologically) introduced in Star Wars: The Bad Batch, here Fennec Shand appears first at Chapter 87, during the Clone Wars, working for the Ravagers (and, by extension, the Guardians of the Galaxy and the Mandalorian Protectors).
  • In Chapter 89 (chronologically), Steela Gerrera was introduced far earlier in season 3 of the story rather than season 5 of the Clone Wars proper. Her brother Saw was introduced in Chapter 90.
  • Rather than debuting during the first years of the Rebellion against the Empire in the New Canon or the Imperial Remnant's war against the New Republic in Legends, here Mitth'raw'nuruodo, or simply "Thrawn", appears as an ally of Ahsoka Tano and other Jedi padawans captured by Trandoshans.
  • The Spider-Verse arc features a minor example; in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Peni Parker only showed up at May Parker's house with Noir and Spider-Ham, but here she is the first Spider IW!Peter and Jedi!Peter meet after their own displacement.
  • Gial Ackbar debuts some time before his chronological canon appearance during the Battle of Mon Cala arc as one of the volunteers for the GAR draft. And he's already a Vice-Admiral.
  • Dr. Penn Pershing makes his first appearance in chapter 113, decades before his canonical debut in The Mandalorian.
  • Chapter 114 has many for those who know the Legends Lore and the current canon of Star Wars.
    • On the side with the True Sith, we meet Darth's Wyyrlok, Maladi and Nihl, all Sith who exist far into the future during the Legacy era of Legends around the time of Cade Skywalker. Could that mean Darth Krayt exists as well?
    • With Maul's faction, Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati are around, seeming to be as they were when we meet them in the Ahsoka show.
  • Chapter 115 introduces Sarah Wilson, Sam's sister from "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" after he brings Dani to meet her.
