Hello again, and welcome to my LP, last time, I finally got Applebloom! That means I have all the party members now. I can happily go off and fight Discord. However, there a a few things to do first.
First off, Let's go to Neighshe with Bloom. Bloom can open locked doors there apparently. I need to reform my party anyway. My new party contains Twilight, Pinkie, Applebloom, and Luna.
OK, I'm in the town. Let's try the Inn first. Yep, Bloom can open it. there isn't anything inside though.
Next, let's open up that house with all the treasure chests in it. Nothing in there either.
I eventually find the pony in the back room of the weapon shop. It's the weapon shop owner! She has Magicite! She said she wanted to forge it into a sword. She can do it, too. I have a choice now. Keep it as Magicite, or make it into a sword. Hmm... This isn't an easy choice, as I have no idea what the esper teaches me, but I have no idea what the strength of the sword is. One could be crap, and the other fantastic, and I wouldn't know...
Damn it, let's flip a coin. It makes this easier. Heads, keep the Magicite, Tails, Turn it into a sword.
And the coin has come up...
Tails! I turn it into a sword. Its actually very good. It has 255 attack power. (I think that's the max) Plus 5 to Strength, Speed, Stamina, and magic power, and Plus 20 to evade and magic block. For now, I give it to Bloom. (Luna and Pinkie can't use it, and Twi has something better.)
Now what? Might as well open the other doors in this town, in case there is anything else.
Ah, In a house I find a Mare in a bed. she gives us a Cursed shield. She says if I can break the curse it's defensive power is incredible. Well, let's have a look.
Wow, It gives no defence, and, it actually give -7 to Strength, Speed, Stamina, and magic power, as well as being weak to all elements. I wonder how to break it's curse...
Well, now what? EndarkCuli said there was a dungeon for Rarity and Sweetie, but they are really underpowered at this point. Maybe later. I could go after the dragons... Lets try that one in the Opera house.
OK, I go there, and fight him. It's the dirt dragon! I was told by the Impresario that it absorbs all spells. Well, Pinkie don't need no spells to murder everything!
Hmm, it has a regen on it. Not for alot of health though.
Ah, I see, He basically has unicorn on him at all times... Not fun.
Applebloom stole something off him. Something called Starswirl.
... It just killed Luna in one. Oh boy...
Huh, it's weak against wind. I have a wind move on Luna, too.
It's slaughtering me! Only Twi is left! And I can only rez with Phoenix downs!
Phew, got the party back up... Remend me go get more Phoenix downs later. I've only got a few for this fight. I hope I don't run out.
Ah, I missed Applebloom's heal so much. It's incredibly useful here since magic doesn't work.
Hmm, Catscratch isn't doing that much damage. Her sonic boom however is doing better as it is wind element. I guess it has high defence.
Ah, he knows magnitude 8... Pinkie still floats, luckily, and my party can now take a hit from it.
Got him. Take that, you jerk!
The Impresario thanks us. Now, lets see that item. The dragon dropped a second Starswirl.
It's a wand. A good wand, but it doesn't match the swords that Trixie and Twi already use. Rarity should get some use out of it though. I don't think she can use swords.
Sigh, I've got to end this part here. Sorry for it being shorter than normal.
In the mean time, I have two questions:
One, How do I uncurse the cursed shield?
Two, EndarkCuli mentioned that I can find Luna's Master. How do I do that?
And again, any other cool/useful things I have yet to find would be good to know.
