Can it be propaganda if people are unaware of misinformation? I think there's a strong chance that he thinks there's a conspiracy against him backed by people who know the truth yet want to hide it.

One is a death value? What does that even mean? I thought it was just the loneliest number. One can't catch a break these days.
Also, 4x4 describes a square rather than a cube, right? Or is this some notation I'm not familiar with? Four corners times four corners, maybe? I guess he could mean four squares, but that doesn't really have much relation to a cube. Well, this might be sequence breaking, but I saw a video where he insisted a cube had four sides. He didn't count the top and bottom ones. I guess that makes about as much sense as you could make from this position.
