15	* EvilOverlord: Deconstructed. While Doofensmirtz always desired to rule the Tri-State area now that he actually does he realizes he has no idea what it actually means to rule and the responsibility that comes with it.
16	* FriendlessBackground: With his background as an outcast, Heinz can be quick to latch onto others.
17	* HarmlessVillain: He's become a different brand than in his home-series. Doof's success rate has greatly increased but his plans and schemes are either personal projects to make DEI more powerful or end up helping people and saving lives, and if his henchmen do end up hurting people they tend to find themselves in very hot water. Russ even compares him to a benign tumor.
18	* MadScientist: As in canon. He can make -Inators with wildly variable effects to do nearly anything.
19	* OmnidisciplinaryScientist: Unlike most scientists in the Quest, Doof has no defined specialty. If you can attach the suffix "-Inator" to it, he can probably do something with it.
20	* TookALevelInBadass: Over the course of the Quest, Doof has both gone through intense physical training and gotten his own suit of PowerArmor, both of which have made him somewhat more formidable in combat than he used to be.
21	* TrapMaster: For all his myriad problems with the concept of deception, Doof's traps are true masterworks.
22	* UnreliableNarrator: Doof isn't very good with his emotions, so he perceives things different than others do. It's telling that he seems nonchalant when he creates [[GameBreaker the Probabilinator]], something that eclipses most of his canon repertoire and also nearly makes Xanatos drop his mask in shock.
23	* WrongGenreSavvy: Doof starts out thinking that he's still in an episodic absurdist comedy thinking that everything will be fine by the end of the day while he's now in a continuity-heavy dramedy with long-running plotlines and stakes, a good chunk of his CharacterDevelopment is accepting this and growing as a leader.
