Syndrome's sucessor, that takes over the old Kronos and rebrands it into Olympia. She has a great focus in superheroics. [[spoilers: As it turns out, it's all part of a long ploy to destroy the superhero scene, that is frustrated by the combined efforts of DEI, Winston and Hego, along with Sinatron's helping hand]], leading to Winston inheriting her position.

A conglomerate that has as headquarters the city of New York. Led by David Xanatos, it has lots of influence in many areas of the city -but specially concerning the mystical side.

As a councillor, this translates in having the chance of doing one more Learning Action by only applying her bonuses. In story, there's also the fact she worked with FLUBBER, of all things - which people [[NeverLiveItDown always rememeber her]], much to her annoyance.

* OmnidisciplinaryScientist: Unlike most scientists in the Quest, Doof has no defined speciality. If you can attach the suffix "-Inator" to it, he can probably do something with it.
* TookALevelInBadass: Over the course of the Quest, Doof has both gone through intense physical training and gotten his own suit of PowerArmor, both of which have made him somewhat more formidable in combat then he used to be.

* WrongGenreSavvy: Doof starts out thinking that he's still in an episodic aburdist comedy thinking that everything will be fine by the end of the day while he's now in a continuity-heavy dramedy with long-running plotlines and stakes, a good chunk of his CharacterDevelopment is accepting this and growing as a leader.

Previously having been forced to be the spokes-muppet for Doc Hopper's fried frogs legs restaraunt, Kermit is thankful that DEI's buyout of the franchise has allowed him to work on other projects. In his spare time, he looks to reunite the rest of the Muppets.
