* FailedASpotCheck: When tearing apart ''7 Years'' by Lukas Graham for his #1 spot on his Worst Hit Songs of 2016, Todd brings attention to Lukas' other hit ''You're Not There'', where he sings about his late father not being around to see what kind of man he became. Upon hearing the lyrics "You're not there, to share in my success" Todd immediately dismisses the song as rubbish because he thinks he's just complaining about how there's one less person to praise and worship him. What Todd didn't mention, however, was the fact that the full line in that song was actually "You're not there, to share in my success ''and mistakes,''" [[HarsherInHindsight implying that he wishes his Father was still around for the highs AND lows of his career]].

* MemeticLoser: Invoked. Todd seems to go with the popular consensus of calling Music/{{Ringo|Starr}} the least talented [[Music/TheBeatles Beatle]] at least creative-wise. In his review of "Ringo the 4th", he does state that Ringo's entire charm was being an underdog. Todd also brings up how Ringo himself was aware of his memetic loser status and even plays into it.

This gets a callback in his 2017 best of list, where he states he was ''tempted'' to put Chainsmokers on number one again out of spite. ("Paris" ended up being number two, second to "Green Light" by Lorde.)
