* TookTheBadFilmSeriously: While it's agreed to be better than the first film, the general opinion is that it's still a rather mediocre picture whose saving grace is the cast honestly putting in their best effort to deliver whether it be Creator/HankAzaria hamming it up as Gargamel or Creator/ChristinaRicci and Music/KatyPerry playing off each other as a believably rambunctious sister pair. Even Creator/NeilPatrickHarris seems noticeably less embarrassed when reading his lines than he was in the first movie.
