* IdiotPlot:
** [[spoiler:Berengere is trapped in the future and uses an astral projection to warn her brother Khena and Scrameustache of her plea.]] With her telekinetic powers she left a message with TabletopGame/{{Scrabble}} letters and Boogle numbers and it reads "VI" and "2857", [[spoiler:[[AlternativeCalendar VI being the century]] and 2857 the year she's trapped in]]. [[spoiler:Had Berengere]] left a less cryptic message using more Scrabble letters or telekinetically wrote a message on paper, Khena and Scrameustache wouldn't have gone on an over lengthy chase to find [[spoiler:her]]. There was also a PC computer in Khena's room, but [[spoiler:Berengere]] probably didn't know how to use it.
** The Stixes just sold baby Scrameustache and the Ramoucha to the Tic-Tac brothers. However, Scrameustache and the Ramoucha escape from their captors' ship and hide in another ship. When they see the animals are gone, the Tic-Tac brothers demanded their money back which the Stixes handed them over. The Tic-Tac brothers then left the scene which happen to be very same ship where Scrameustache and the Ramoucha were hiding in. This lead to a huge misunderstanding when the Stixes spotted the animals inside the Tic-Tac's ship. All that because the Tic-Tac brothers left the door of their ship wide opened.

* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodCharacter: After all those years, Uncle Georges goes to the Galaxian home moon for the first time. By chance, the Galaxians needed an archeologist, which happen to be George's field of expertise. Disappointingly, all that work went to Georges' wife, who's also an archeologist, while [[ButtMonkey Georges' role was reduced to the butthead]] of many accidents caused by the Galaxians.
* WhatAnIdiot:
** Professor Najboul called his rival Trichtol to brag about creating an animal, the Scrameustache, through genetic manipulations. [[SmugSnake Trichtol being a jealous]], but influent scientist, called the authorities to arrest Najboul for illegal experiments and have the Scrameustache destroyed. Considering Najboul was an unconventional scientist and had little credibility, the authorities has no problem believing Trichtol's claims. Najboul is arrested and the Scrameustache is forced into hiding.
** Yamouth, an experienced astronaut, goes on a rescue mission to find his nephew stranded on Earth. He takes ''only one ship'' and Scrameustache is only the crewmate, who hasn't even graduated from Space Academy. Once on the scene, an aftershock cause a wall to collapse on Yamouth's head. Scrameustache has no other choice but to abort the mission and bring an injured Yamouth back to Aktarka.
** Despite what Irina thinks, her father the King of Sharbakan, is an idiot. After their DoomsdayDevice repelled the invading Togons, he ordered the Sharbakan's army disbanded. It only took [[LesCollaborateurs a traitorous cousin]] to betray their homeland and [[CurbStompBattle the Togons returned with a surprise attack that conquered the whole continent.]]
** [[spoiler:One scientist of Atlantis wanted to prove their superiority and increase their prestige over their rival Heva. They used the Crystal of Atlantis to alter Lunica's orbit, Earth's second moon, into a perfect ellipse. This wasn't without incident, Lunica passed too close to the other moon, robbing it of its atmosphere and stopping its orbit. Years later, this proved to be utterly devastating: [[DetonationMoon an asteroid was in a collision course with Lunica.]] With no time to alter Lunica to a new orbit, all Atlantis could do was evacuate the planet or build sanctuaries as not everyone could be saved. [[ApocalypseHow Lunica was destroyed and tons a debris fell into Earth, creating massive tsunamis that wiped out all life on the planet]]. The Crystal remained intact and would have caused more catastrophes in the distant future.]]

* BrotherSisterIncest: At the end of a book Alien Princess Irina seems to have somewhat fallen in love with Khena, who looks exactly like her twin brother. Okay, it's a kid's comic, but once FridgeLogic sets in...

** [[spoiler: Played with [[EverythingsBetterWithPrincesses princess Lila]] of {{Atlantis}}. She was just a child when she was trapped in a [[HumanPopsicle cryogenic sleep]]. When she was awoken, she was horribly shocked to learn that 12000 years had passed and that she was the sole survivor of Atlantis. Making matters worse is that someone has unwillingly aged her into adulthood. [[StalkerWithACrush Golok]] was revealed to be responsible for this. He showed her that she wasn't alone and survivors established a new civilization on another planet, Atlantis II. Lila was overjoyed to learn this. She rejoined her people and married Golok. The initial trauma of being the sole survivor, being robbed of her teenage years without her consent and then skipping straight into marriage with a complete alien stranger didn't bother her anymore.]]

* EvilIsCool: Thorgull, the cybernaut. Unlike other villains of the series who are laughable or ineffectual, he's a genuine and credible threat. [[NoNonsenseNemesis Thorgull doesn't waste any time and prefer immediate actions to reach his goals]]. Combine with competency, superior fighting skills and a CoolStarship, you got the best villain of the series, period.
