This sound effect wasn't just for show. This causes his head to snap back and it outright [=KO'd=] poor Miz for a while and caused him to bleed a little. You could say it gave him quite the bit of [[IncrediblyLamePun Trouble in Paradise]].

* DracoInLeatherPants: Seriously. {{Smark}}s have a good deal of affection for him, as he's one of the funniest Heels on {{WWE}} programming, and his theme is pretty badass too.

* ChaoticEvil: Miz and Cena are forced into a title match with the tag champs and win the belts. The former champs demand a rematch immediately and the Raw GM permits it. The Miz can't even wait until their first defense is over before he backstabs Cena and lets the other team regain the belts, costing himself the Tag Team Championship. It's possibly justified in that Miz is already WWE Champion and thus doesn't see much appeal in holding a lesser championship with his ArchEnemy.

OneOfUs: In a recent interview with Jimmy Fallon, Miz mentioned being at the Nintendo Championships and getting to the finals. He spoke of the experience with the same sort of enthusiasm as he did about most of the other stuff they talked about during the interview. He brought up a lot of other pop culture stuff as well.
