It is currently held in the Springfield Museum of War History. Mexico has on multiple occasions asked for it's return. No dice.

** Napoleon, who rose from obscurity to become Emperor of France, conquer most of Europe, reform the French legal system, and restore the rights of Jews in France among other things. Unfortunately [[NiceJobBreakingItHero he nearly destroyed France in the process]].
** Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna, was exiled 4 times from Mexico, each time returning and becoming Presidential Dictator. Lost every international (Mexico had lots of civil wars) war he every fought in but was still regarded as a hero and while he wasn't in office the people love him for some reason. Side note, he lost his leg in the Pastry War, and demanded it buried with full military honors. It was. Later in the Mexican American War, American soldiers captured the leg. It is currently held in the Springfield Museum of War History. Mexico has on multiple occasions asked for it's return. No dice.
* CargoShip: Goes back a ''lot'' further than battery-powered toys, IfYouKnowWhatIMean.
* ClicheStorm: Good luck finding a character archetype that isn't included. Also, World War II.
** SeinfeldIsUnfunny. WorldWarII was such a key TropeMaker, TropeCodifier and [[DiscreditedTrope Trope Discreditor]] that, looking back, you forget how groundbreaking it was back in the day.

* ComplainingAboutShowsYouDontLike: Related to the above, many people get thoroughly disenfranchised with this series, for any myriad number of reasons. Some have reached a DorkAge in their "high school" story arcs, become {{Butt Monkey}}s, suffered CharacterDerailment, [[GoMadFromTheRevelation Gone Mad from the Revelation]], found themselves in the cast of a CrapsackWorld, etc. Many people complain about mini-games and a few cutscenes not being grounded in the main game's physics. Of course, most of these people are no fun.

* ComplainingAboutShowsYouDontWatch: This is pretty much non-existent in RealLife. While there are a few complaints still lingering around the world by people who have long since quit, there's been no complaints from those who've never played it. Though it must be noted that most new players spend much of their time crying to anyone around even though they haven't experienced much of Real Life's content yet.
** There are, however, in-universe examples, some of which lead to censorship by characters of what other characters read/watch/play etc.
* CompleteMonster: Has this trope, but [[RuleOfCautiousEditingJudgment examples won't be listed here]].
* ContinuityPorn: It is very difficult to understand any one part of RealLife without knowing the circumstances leading up to it (e.g., you can't understand the War on Terror without understanding the ColdWar, which you can't understand without understanding World War II, which you can't understand without understanding World War I, which you can't understand without understanding the Congress of Vienna, etc.).
* ContractualPurity: A lot of [[CheerfulChild innocent]] [[WoobieDestroyerOfWorlds child stars]] [[FaceHeelTurn get]] [[DeusAngstMachina sick of]] [[PlayingAgainstType their status as]] [[TeenIdol good role models]] and decide to play [[{{Jerkass}} villainous]] and [[JerkWithAHeartOfJerk uncharacteristic roles]] [[BrokenBase to break away from]] [[MoralEventHorizon their squeaky-clean image]]. [[AvertedTrope Averted]] when [[TheHero the actors]] [[StatusQuoIsGod can build careers]] [[{{Typecasting}} with quality roles]] [[AllergicToEvil as a character actor]] [[LoveRedeems in popular films]].
* CrackIsCheaper: Guaranteed to absorb all your money, free time, work time, energy and attention, before you know it. On the plus side, also includes crack. It is also the TropeNamer.
* CrazyAwesome: Some of the most memorable characters, who would be {{Memetic Badass}}es if it weren't for the fact you couldn't make up anything more outlandish than what they did in canon.
* CrossoverShip: A small minority of characters write ShowWithinAShow, self-insert fan-fiction, which can lead to this
* CrossingTheLineTwice: Played somewhat straight, although instead of becoming funny, something just becomes acceptable. Happened in the World War 2 arc, and also happens in some levels like Iran.
* CrowningMomentOfAwesome: So many that it [[Awesome/RealLife has its own section.]] You'll be inspired by how many of these [[TroperTales/CrowningMomentOfAwesome your fellow tropers]] have.
