* HilariousInHindsight: There's one scene where the Marines and Roger practice tactics using a realistic simulation, through their implants. They're actually in a ship's hold, so they try to boost Roger through a virtual hole in the ceiling where there's nothing but solid deck in reality. Ouch. Hilarious in the story. More hilarious a few years later when people kept throwing their NintendoWii remotes into TVs by accident.[[note]]Albeit because of faulty straps, though some people weren't using straps at all.[[/note]] Even more hilarious after practical gaming VR became a reality a few more years later, and one common problem is "people try to lean on walls and objects that didn't physically exist, and fall down".
