* {{Tear Jerker}}: His life deteriorating TookTheBadFilmSeriously: The whole "become brain-damaged and do embarrassing things before [[CompanionCube falling in love with a mop]]" gimmick was pushed onto Saturn as a form of behind-the-scenes punishment, and likely would have destroyed anyone else's wrestling career. However, Saturn gave it his all, and the sheer ridiculousness of his character ended up winning over so much of audiences that he turned face, even after the gimmick was dropped (by way of Moppy being tossed into homelessness a woodchipper by {{Wrestling/Raven}}, which was [[NarmCharm equal parts genuinely sad and drug addiction.

* MisBlamed: The infamous Moppy angle has been attributed to being a punishment for Perry Saturn shooting on enhancement talent Mike Bell during a squash match, where Saturn stiffed him after Bell accidentally dropped Saturn on his head. Saturn himself, however, has denied this, claiming that the Moppy angle had been pitched to him before that match ever happened.

** Same with the dress angle in WCW; It'd been rumored that was punishment for him attempting to get in contact with the WWE, but he said it was his idea because he felt his look was getting stale at the time.

* FunnyAneurysmMoment[=/=]FridgeHorror: Saturn and Kronus originally considered calling their team the Harvesters of Sorrow, but Lawler told them that people wouldn't get the mythological reference. "Harvester of Sorrow" is the name of a Music/{{Metallica}} song sung from the perspective of a man who is losing his mind and, presumably, snaps and murders his family. Saturn later held the [[http://www.wrestling-titles.com/wcw/wcw-t.html WCW World Tag Team Titles]] with Chris Benoit...

* AndYouThoughtItWouldFail: Saturn's gimmick with "Moppy" was originally meant to be punishment for him injuring an extra. What management didn't count on, however, was how popular and over Saturn would become with his romance to an inanimate object.

* [[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments Crowning Moment of Funny]]: "You're welcome!" That whole gimmick with Saturn carrying around "Moppy" and saying goofy things and finishing with "You're welcome" was very entertaining and is fondly remembered by fans of that time.
** HilariousInHindsight: Wrestling/DamienSandow, himself an alumnus of Killer Kowalski's wrestling school, using "You're welcome" as a [=catchprase=], although for completely different reasons. In fact, Sandow's use of it reminded a lot of people of Saturn.
** At ''ECW Barely Legal'', the Eliminators faced, and defeated, the Dudley Boys for the ECW World Tag Team Titles. Before the match started, Sign Guy Dudley weakly tapped both Eliminators on the back with his sign. They turned around and gave him Total Elimination. The Elims won when Saturn pinned Buh Buh Ray after Total Elimination. After the match, Joel Gertner entered the ring and said that, according to his "Studmuffin Scoring System," the Dudleys had won and were still "the greatest tag team in the world today." The Elims, of course, interrupted him and gave ''him'' Total Elimination. For some reason, they didn't hit the move on D-Von, in case he might have felt left out.

It's really YMMV as far as it being a DorkAge if only because it was very entertaining and is fondly remembered by fans of the time.
