Thus, it’s understandable why he is more than willing to [[spoiler:become a fanatical killer like Bellatrix to escape the breeding contracts so that he can’t be raped or abused anymore]]. * MoralEventHorizon: Dumbledore is way past this to the point of ridiculousness, apparently from long before the start of the story. Harry crosses it in Chapter 9, when he kills [[spoiler:Snape]] for the first time.

* AlternativeCharacterInterpretation: Many readers think that Harry was corrupted by the bit of Voldemort's soul that got freed by the Dementor's kiss.
* ArcFatigue: The author interrupted his own narrative to dive into a series of side-plots and digressions that had ''absolutely nothing to do with the central story'', including time travel, the space race, and now a fight with vampires. Several of the story's reviewers have used the phrase "gone off the rails", while other reviewers have said things along the lines of "lost sight of the original plot" about the author.
** Most events of the story are never relevant or referenced again, meaning that ArcFatigue can set in very rapidly as the reader starts to see it as an unrelated series of vignettes.

* FromBadToWorse: You can map the mental breakdown, both of the Fic and the author chapter by chapter. It’s as horrible at its sounds.
** From casual murder to mass brainwashing to people-are-property to very Hitlerian takes on racial types to ''nuking the Middle East because of Islam and not caring it initiates the collapse of human civilization''.
* MoralEventHorizon: Dumbledore is way past this apparently from the start to the point of ridiculousness. Harry crosses it in Chapter 9, when he kills Snape for the first time.
* NauseaFuel: [[spoiler:Snape's head exploding]] and the aftermath. In-universe, it makes Madame Pomfrey throw up; considering she's the school nurse, and has inevitably seen some gruesome and disgusting stuff, it really says something about how revolting it was.
* NightmareFuel: Chapter 9. [[spoiler: Snape tries Legilimency on Harry, only for Harry to rebound the effects on him, making him claw out his own eyes, breaking his mind, and finally making Snape's head explode, while he's screaming in complete agony the entire time. This is in front of a class full of third years.]]
* RonTheDeathEater: ''Like you wouldn't believe''.
** Ron gets off rather lightly compared to other characters Lionheart bashes, but he's portrayed as a self-centered, obnoxious boor who only pretended to be friends with Harry, partly because Dumbledore recruited him to do so, and partly for his own selfish reasons.

** The Department of Mysteries holds innocent people captive against their will, most notably Luna's grandmother Alice.
** But Dumbledore and Snape get it worst of all. * VillainDecay: Voldemort and the Death Eaters, principal antagonists of the original books, are reduced to a mere sideshow of the overarching Dumbledore-versus-Harry conflict in this fic.
** Dumbledore is killed over a dozen times in the fic, in an extremely casual fashion each time. He's the big villain of the fic, but he never gives the impression he's remotely effective/competent or that he couldn't be disposed of more permanently with some minor effort.
