It was TheLastStraw that led her [[spoiler: to defect from Mist, along with the majority of the civilian and noble clans before setting it on fire.]]
** Itachi's [[spoiler: parting farewell to the Uchiha children whom he and Ryuishi saved from the massacre.]]
** When Gaara discovers that his [[spoiler: 'Aneue' was not only the 'Rakki Ryu' but also one of the 'Kiri no Ningyo' and the co-founder of Otogakure. He declares, understandably since she pretended to be a candy seller to him, that Ryuishi a liar and refuses to see her. While Ryuishi understand his reaction, she was emotionally devastated.]]
