* TearJerker: At the end of Kakashi's fight with Edo Zabuza and Haku, the finishing blow causes blood to splatter both on Haku's corpse and the crystal ice mirror beside Zabuza. A drop from the blood runs down Haku's face and over Zabuza's reflection, giving the appearence that they're both crying.

* BrokenBase: The RingOut feature. Your supports can catch you before you fall out of the ring, but one fall and you lose the battle. The fanbase is quite divided on the matter.

* GameBreaker: Tobi's Masked Man incarnation. [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HdQpx8q_9as This video elaborates]].

* KickTheDog: In the sidequest where you have to make Naruto pick whether he likes girls like Hinata or girls like Ino and Sakura, should the first option be picked, Ino and Sakura will start to talk about how someone shy like Hinata would get beat before defeating an enemy and how being shy can get you into trouble and boldness is the way to go...when Hinata is ''right there with them''. That's...surprisingly insensitive for both of them.

* KickTheDog: In the sidequest where you have to make Naruto pick whether he likes girls like Hinata or girls like Ino and Sakura, should the first option be picked, Ino and Sakura will start to talk about how someone shy like Hinata would get beat before defeating an enemy and how being shy can get you into trouble and boldness is the way to go...when Hinata is ''right there with them''. Looks like [=CiberConnect2=] didn't want to go all the way to the Naruto ultimate ShipToShipCombat... Although considering [[InternetBackdraft the possible repercussions]] (which would be much worse than they ALREADY are)... maybe that was for the best.

** Sai's fight with [[spoiler: his reanimated brother Shin]] was also cut, a huge shame since that was a major source of CharacterDevelopment for him. Surely they could have squeezed ''one'' more character into the roster...

* OffModel: There's something a little... off about Naruto's facial expression on the boxart.
* PowerupLetdown: Ironically, considering he has a much more prominant role in the story than before, Killer Bee's 8-Tails form falls into this now. Its massive size makes it ''ridiculously'' easy to hit (and thus cancel) with Ultimate Jutsu. And being a transformation-type Awakening, it can't be used with the game's new instant-Awakening system.

** The Second Division's battle against the White Zetsu army could have been used to get you even more acquainted with Mob Battles and we could have even gotten an Edo Tensei or two thrown in for a character of your choice to fight. But no, its completely glossed over. You don't even enter the battlefield.

* ThatOneLevel: The "final" level, from the fight with Madara to the final fight with Tobi. Please note this is where 'Restore Your Health and Retry' becomes an option. That should speak volumes.

*** The Second Mizukage is an absolute Bitch to fight. He loves spamming projectiles from afar and they come out REALLY fast in immense amounts at a time. He also love spamming Jouki Boy up close, knocking you away from him to give him time to charge up and spam more projectiles then before.

* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodPlot: Wait, Sasuke's fight with Danzo is a ''normal battle'' and not a boss fight?! What?? They could have at least put Danzo in perma-Awakening status. As it stands, it's possible to go through the entire fight without the infamous [[spoiler: Sharingarm]] reveal, yet the scene that takes place afterwards implies Danzo exausted all his eyes anyway.

** ThatOneBoss: Deidara. ''Fucking Deidara''. This applies to pretty much ''every Storm game he's been featured'' in, but Deidara is nearly always the boss that gives the player a hard time. God help you if you're on Super Hard mode...

** And now the Edo Kages, Kinkaku, Ginkaku and The 7 Swordmen of the mist are unplayable in Free Battle. Could be fixed via DLC though, but nothing confirms it or deny it.

*** ....Chomei. Friggin' Chomei. Difficult to get a hit on since she's flying, and unlike other biju, she actually DODGES Kurama's Tailed Beast Ball more often than you would expect.
