He then makes his first appearance by revealing himself to have disguised himself as Sasazuka's associate [[BodyHorror and by disguise we mean he skinned him alive in order to disguise himself better]] [[spoiler: kill Ai and stab his "son" through the chest]]. It gets worse from there, starting with having a minion to slowly kill himself with a torture weapon.
** He is in fact a quite literal one as Neuro senses that he is only human in appearance and is quite literally MadeOfEvil. Which explains why he can kill an entire nursery '''as a baby''' and kills his own parents at '''five''' without remorse
