** In "It’s a Trap", Dr. Emilia ignores Zane’s pleas for help even though he is trapped inside a cage. Was Dr. Emilia being genuinely dismissive of him to show how she doesn’t care about other people as much as she puts on, or did she actually plan on freeing Zane, but only after fighting off all the enemies in Timbercat territory?

** Season Three. Some people find the final season of Kipo just as great as the first two seasons by having higher stakes, great comedy, hard-hitting emotional moments, and a nearly perfect resolution to the series that stays true to its themes. Others criticize it for having less polished animation and a rushed pace.
** The fact that the cause of the Great Mutant Outbreak [[RiddleForTheAges is never revealed]]. However, not only does he appear in only two scenes but also, he's never even mentioned once in present day. Leaving his fate and current relationship with Emilia ambiguous. Although his old age makes it very unlikely he would've still been alive during Kipo's time. Also, given his lack of experience on the surface, it's also unlikely he would've been an actual threat towards Kipo and her friends.

** Kipo's heart may be in the right place, but she makes a phenomenally awful decision in the last few episodes. When hunting down [[NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist Dr. Emilia]] to stop her plan to eradicate all Mutes, Kipo ultimately decides not to resort to senseless violence with the help of her friends.\\
'''You'd Expect:''' If she really wants to stop Emilia and her followers(who have already [[DeathOfPersonality "cured"]] several of her Mute allies) without hurting anybody, Kipo could sneak onboard their ship and destroy the rest of the cure, since she's immune. Alternatively she could bring her parents with her so they can tell the other humans of Emilia's crimes,(which include enslaving a mutated Song Oak and creating Scarlemagne) thus turning them against their leader's agenda.\\
'''Instead:''' She lands on deck and...invites the sociopathic, Mute-hating scientist and her henchmen to a ''party'' to encourage better human-Mute relations.\\
'''Result''': Emilia feigns diplomacy, then launches an attack on "Prahm" that cures a few more Mutes. When Kipo saves most of the guests, Emila transforms herself into a Mute-monster, goes on a rampage that mortally wounds Scarlemagne, nearly beats Kipo to death, and after reverting to human form, gets sucked to her implied doom by Fun Gus. Meaning Kipo's diplomacy plan ironically got more people killed.
** Speaking of Dr. Emilia, earlier she acquired [[WilyWalrus Mega-Walrus]] DNA and decides to use it to create her own [[{{Kaiju}} Mega-Mute]] to combat Kipo's Mega-Jaguar.\\
'''You'd Expect:''' Emilia would use the serum on one of her more loyal subordinates(ie. [[DumbMuscle Greta]]). It's not like she hasn't experimented on living things before and she's proven competent at handling giant creatures, so she can use the cure should her Mute-monster lose control.\\
'''Instead:''' She eventually injects ''herself'' with the serum, [[KarmicTransformation transforming into the very thing she hates]], while entrusting the aforementioned Greta with a sample of the cure. Unsurprisingly, Greta gets talked out of helping Emilia by Wolf, and Emilia [[TheMindIsAPlaythingOfTheBody almost loses her mind to the walrus beast.]] She's only lucky Kipo decided to save her out of innate compassion.

* InferredHolocaust: "Requiem for a Dave" shows a flashback set 200 years in the past where [[spoiler: Dave has a fight with a nerdy man over a fan. When the man steals the fan from him, Dave actually leads a group of colossal Mega Beavers into the city so he can get the fan back. The thing is, Dave tears down an entire city while people and mutes are still populated in it. Since the destroyed city eventually became known as Skyscraper Ridge, just how many people and mutes died while the Beavers’ reconstruction was going on?]]
