It's implied that she killed her brother in the first place because she was that afraid of disappointing him again. * KarmicOverkill: While Wolf’s sister Margot [[spoiler: did betray Wolf and lead her into Dr. Emilia’s trap,]] many fans still felt sorry for Margot being [[spoiler: effectively killed off by Emilia’s mute cure and turned into a mindless animal.]] Even if she had her flaws, she is still just a child. This scene also cements how ruthless [[spoiler: Dr. Emilia is.]]
